Overview
The RS Series delivers EAW signature performance in a meticulously designed portable, lightweight, and durable wooden enclosure. Each loudspeaker in the series is designed around high quality HF and LF transducers. Pattern control of the RS Series is further enhanced by the large format, constant directivity HF horn; first proven in the legendary MK Series, this horn design was born from the audio performance needs of demanding performance venues throughout the world.
RS loudspeakers house on-board bi-amplified electronics (1500W) featuring signature EAW DSP, Focusing™ and Dyno™ to deliver unmatched musical clarity and tonal accuracy throughout the listening area and at high drive levels. Advanced port design utilizes asymmetric geometry to control reflections and resonance.
EAW Resolution™ software platform is a powerful and easy-to-use simulation software that accurately predicts the performance of one or multiple RS Series enclosures within a venue or performance space.

Signal Diagram and Input Panel
Signal Flow: The signal enters the unit and is processed by the DSP PC Board, which includes High Pass Filter (HPF), Equalization (EQ), EAW Dyno™, and EAW Focusing™ functionalities for both Low Pass Filter (LPF) and High/Mid/Low Frequency (LF/MF/HF) signals. The processed analog signal is then converted via A/D converters before reaching the Amplifier & Power Supply Assembly, which powers the High Frequency (HF) and Low Frequency (LF) drivers.
Input Panel Controls: Features include Input selection (Line/Mic), Level adjustment, Signal/Limit indicators, and a Thru output. The input connectors are typically XLR/TRS combinations.
