Consumable Installation Instructions
- Open the supplies inlet cover.
- Insert the consumable into the compartment, pressing at the "PUSH HERE" position until it clicks into place.
- Close the supplies inlet cover.
Printing Instructions
- Power-on: Long press the power button until the LED indicator lights up.
- Adjust Filter: Rotate the filter switch knob to select different filter effects.
- Turn on Flash: Short press the flash button to toggle the flash on/off. The LED indicator is blue when the flash is off and green when it is on.
- Take Pictures and Print: Short press the power/shutter button to activate the shutter. Short press the view frame button to print the current shooting content.
APP Print
Scan the QR code to download the "HeyPhoto" APP.
- Open the APP and click "Add device".
- Search for "Z5S-XXXX" and click to connect.
- In the app, select the photos you want to print and edit them as needed before printing.
- After the first connection, the printer will automatically connect when you click the print icon.
Do not exit the APP during the printing process, as this may cause printing failure. APP interface may change with versions; refer to the actual interface.
Precautions
- The photo paper is sensitive to moisture; use it promptly after opening.
- Only use official photo paper with the ribbon; do not replace it independently.
- Avoid excessive direct sunlight and low temperatures.
- Do not force a damaged or deformed ink cassette into the device.
- The optimal working temperature for the printer is 5°C~35°C. High ambient temperatures may affect print quality.
- Use official ribbon and photo paper for best results.
- Avoid disassembling the ribbon and photo paper. Contamination of the photo paper's glossy surface will affect print quality.
- Do not forcibly pull out the consumable during printing to prevent damage to the printer.
- When not in use for extended periods, close the consumable compartment to prevent dust ingress.
- After printing multiple photos consecutively, the device may activate overtemperature protection, which is normal. The task will continue after cooling.
- Do not operate the device while it is turning on.

The red indicator light flashes slowly during charging, indicating that the environment where the printer is located cannot meet normal charging requirements. Suggested charging temperature is 0°C~45°C.
Operating Environment
- Place the printer on a desktop or other flat, stable surface.
- Ensure there is more than 10cm of space at the paper outlet of the printer.
Battery Charging
- When the battery power is low, charge it using the equipped USB cable. Continued printing may cause the device to power off automatically.
- Connect one end of the USB cable to the printer's port and the other end to a power adapter. The printer enters a charging state, interrupting printing.
- Charging takes approximately 90 to 120 minutes. Check the charging status via the indicator light.
- The printer can be charged via a computer or a USB adapter. The adapter is not included. Ensure any purchased power adapter is certified for safety and meets standard requirements.
- Do not disassemble the machine. Replacing the battery with an incorrect model may cause an explosion. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.
- When the printer is low on power, charge it for a while before use to prevent printing interruptions.
