About Us
Eaton's Hydraulics Group Training Services, formerly Vickers®, was established in 1945. The organization is dedicated to providing the latest in hydraulic technology through industry-specific courses and products. Training is delivered by experienced instructors using advanced equipment, including simulators and cutaways. Courses cater to a wide range of fluid power topics for newcomers and application specialists alike.
Facilities are located in Maumee, OH, and Eden Prairie, MN.

Policies
Registration and Payment Policies
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis with payment required. Accepted methods include purchase order or credit card. Payment must be received prior to the first day of class. Lunch and drinks are provided, except on the last day if class ends at noon. Students are responsible for transportation and lodging.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to four weeks prior to the first day of class without penalty. Cancellations within four weeks incur a 100% fee. No refunds for "no-shows" registered with a credit card. Students with purchase orders will be charged full tuition for a "no show." Registrations can be cancelled via the Eaton University system or by phone/email.
Class Cancellations
Eaton reserves the right to cancel classes. Students will be notified approximately four weeks prior to the class date and offered alternative dates. Refunds will be issued for credit card payments; no billing occurs for purchase order payments.
Recommendation: Do not book travel until a 30-day confirmation letter is received.
Prerequisites
Courses range from basic to advanced. Prerequisites are noted where applicable. Students with prior training should contact the department for approval.
Completion Requirements
Successful completion requires passing written exercises/exams, attendance, and participation. Certificates are awarded upon meeting requirements. For technology courses, a certificate of attendance is issued if completion requirements are not met. IFPS certification exams are separate.
