Identify the quick release mechanism and practice using it before you start using the product. Its correct use may prevent serious injury in the case of an emergency. Never wear additional clothing over the harness or otherwise restrict access to the quick release mechanism.

Transporting Lithium Batteries

Transport the battery in accordance with local and national provisions and regulations.

Servicing requires extreme care and knowledge and should be performed only by a qualified service technician. For service, RYOBI suggests returning the product to your nearest authorised service centre for repair. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.

Assembly and Operation

1. Personal Protective Equipment

Before operating the blower, ensure you are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. This includes eye protection (goggles), ear protection (ear defenders), gloves, long trousers, and non-slip safety footwear. Avoid loose clothing or jewellery that could get entangled.

2. Attaching the Blow Tube

Align the blow tube with the blower body. Push the tube onto the blower until it clicks securely into place. Ensure the tube latch engages properly.

3. Inserting the Battery Pack and Operation

Insert the battery pack into the battery compartment on the blower handle until it clicks. To operate, ensure the switch is in the 'off' position before inserting the battery. Once the battery is inserted, you can turn the blower on using the On/Off switch. The blower is designed for clearing leaves and debris from hard surfaces like driveways and walkways.

The RYOBI Cordless Blower is designed for efficient clearing of debris. Regular cleaning and proper storage are essential for maintaining its performance and longevity.

Detailed Operation

1. Clearing Debris

Hold the blower firmly and direct the nozzle towards the debris you wish to clear. Move the blower in a sweeping motion to gather leaves and other light materials.

2. Battery Installation and Removal

To install the battery, align it with the battery compartment and slide it in until it clicks. To remove the battery, press the battery latch button and slide the battery out.

1. Cleaning the Blower

After each use, clean the exterior of the blower with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure no debris is lodged in the air intake or blower tube. Do not wash the blower with water or immerse it in liquid.

Always remove the battery pack from the blower before performing any maintenance, cleaning, or storing the unit.

3. Storing the Blower

Store the blower in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, out of reach of children. Ensure the blow tube is detached for compact storage if desired. Do not store outdoors or near corrosive agents.
