PODOPHARM® is a producer of high-quality, innovative podology cosmetics. Founded in 2014, the company manufactures approximately 50 innovative products distributed across 22 countries. The newly built PODOPHARM® headquarters is located in Kielecki Park Technologiczny at Ignacego Łukasiewicza 5 Street in Kielce.

The Challenge
The objective of the implementation, carried out by KWARK 2 Komputer, was to establish a network infrastructure within the newly constructed, three-story office building, spanning nearly 2000 m², along with an adjacent warehouse section. The scope of work included the installation of structural cabling throughout the building, as well as the selection, installation, and configuration of LAN and WLAN devices. Given that a portion of the office space within the building is designated for rental, the investor required a solution that would enable the creation of multiple distinct, isolated Wi-Fi networks. This was described by Kamil Borecki from KWARK 2 Komputer.
The Solution
The building is supplied with an internet connection offering a bandwidth of 90/60 Mb/s from Kielecki Park Technologiczny. Within the building, Omada by TP-Link network solutions were implemented. The network was constructed based on four distribution points: one main and three local. Due to significant distances, fiber optic connections were chosen for inter-distribution point communication. The network gateway is the Omada ER7206 router, while the backbone is supported by an 8-port managed L2+ SFP+ switch, the SX3008F. The local distribution points are equipped with 48-port managed switches, the SG3452, responsible for connecting the cabling infrastructure, and 8-port PoE+ switches, the SG2210MP, to which the Wi-Fi access points are connected. Thanks to PoE power support, both data transmission and the powering of access points are managed via a single network cable.
Wi-Fi access within the building is provided by 21 Omada EAP650 Wi-Fi 6 access points. These devices are ceiling-mounted in corridors, conference rooms, office spaces, and the warehouse. Multiple separate SSIDs, linked to VLANs, have been configured on these devices. This solution ensures that each tenant and individual department within PODOPHARM® has access only to their designated network resources, thereby guaranteeing data security.

The entire network is managed using the Omada OC200 hardware controller. This solution allows for remote management via the cloud, including through an intuitive mobile application. This capability enables administrators to change network settings and perform software updates at any time, even when they are off-site.

Results
Through this implementation, PODOPHARM® has gained access to a fast, stable, and reliable LAN and WLAN network throughout the entire facility. With VLAN support and their association with SSIDs, the building is prepared to accommodate future tenants while ensuring proper data security. TP-Link devices operate stably, providing full Wi-Fi coverage and high data transfer rates across all office spaces. The Wi-Fi in the warehouse also functions without issues, significantly speeding up operations with data collectors. Maciej Durlej, an IT specialist at PODOPHARM®, stated, "Since the implementation, we have not experienced any failures or problems with the system's operation."
