Installation
(Mounting hardware not included)
Step 1: Prepare Fixture Ends
Unlock the two nuts located at the ends of the fixture. (Visual cue: Figure 1 shows the fixture ends with nuts.)
Step 2: Mount Fixture to Ceiling Grid
Install the fixture to the ceiling grid and securely tighten the two terminal nuts. (Visual cues: Figure 2 shows the fixture being attached to the grid, and Figure 3 shows the terminal nuts being tightened.)
Step 3: Prepare Junction Box
Unlock the nuts from both ends of the junction box. (Visual cue: Figure 4 shows the junction box with nuts to be unlocked.)
Step 4: Secure Junction Box
Secure the junction box to the fixture and tighten the two terminal nuts. (Visual cues: Figure 5 shows the junction box being attached to the fixture, and Figure 6 shows the junction box nuts being tightened.)
Step 5: Connect Driver and Junction Box
Connect the RJ45 connector from the fixture to the output connector of the junction box. Note: One driver can support a maximum of 3 units. (Visual cues: Figure 7 shows the RJ45 connector being plugged in, and Figure 8 illustrates the driver's capacity.)
Step 6: Wire Connections
Open the junction box. Connect the Live (L), Neutral (N), and Ground (G) wires using the provided 4-pin connectors. Connect the dimming wire with the orange connector cap. (Visual cue: The wiring diagram details these connections: Purple/Grey for 0-10V Dimming (+D/-D), Black for Line, White for Neutral, and Green for Ground.)
Step 7: Final Ceiling Cover
Cover the plasterboard to complete the installation, ensuring there is no opening at the ceiling. (Visual cues: Figures 9 and 10 show the final installation with the ceiling covered.)
Ceiling Grid Configuration and Installation
T-grid removal from the drop ceiling can be adjusted according to your desired shape design. Note: Adjacent T-grids must be secured by pendants.
Example Grid Layouts:
- For a "+" shape, remove T-grids No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4.
- For a "T" shape, remove T-grids No. 1, No. 2, No. 5, and No. 6.
(Visual cue: Figure 1 provides a general diagram illustrating different ceiling grid layouts and indicating which T-grids to remove for various configurations.)
"L" Shape Installation
Step 1: For the No. 1 light fixture, fix the A-end (with wire) by pendant and the B-end onto the "a" T-Grid. (Visual cue: Figures show fixture 1 attached to a pendant and T-grid "a".)
Step 2: Fix the No. 2 light fixture onto the No. 1 light fixture using its A-end with wire, and attach the B-end to the "b" T-Grid. (Visual cue: Figures show fixture 2 attached to fixture 1 and T-grid "b".)
Additional Fixture Installation
Following the "L" shape installation method, install the No. 3 and No. 4 light fixtures similarly.
"T" Shape Installation
Step 1: Install the No. 1 light fixture, securing its A-end (with wire) onto the "d" T-Grid and the B-end by pendant. (Visual cue: Figures show fixture 1 attached to T-grid "d" and a pendant.)
Step 2: Fix the A-end (with wire) of the No. 2 light fixture onto the No. 1 light fixture, and attach the B-end of the fixture to the "e" T-Grid. (Visual cue: Figures show fixture 2 attached to fixture 1 and T-grid "e".)
Step 3: Using the same method, fix the A-end (with wire) of the No. 5 light fixture onto the "g" T-Grid, and the B-end onto the "f" T-Grid. (Visual cue: Figures show fixture 5 attached to T-grid "g" and T-grid "f".)
"+" Shape Installation
Following the "T" shape installation steps, replace the "f" T-Grid with an additional light fixture.
