Combine parts 1, 2, and 3. Attach to the main structure.

Take part 10131548. Take part 10131549. Rotate part 10131549 by 180 degrees [?] and attach it to part 10131548.

Attach the assembly from Step 11.

Attach the assembly from Step 13.

Take three (3x) units of part 10131504. Attach them.
