Product Features and Connections

The power station features a clear LCD screen that displays battery percentage, input/output power in Watts, and estimated time remaining. It is equipped with multiple output ports: two 2-pin US AC outlets, one 12V/8A cigarette lighter port, three 12V/3A DC ports, one USB-C PD60W port, and two USB-A ports. Each port group has an independent ON/OFF button, indicated by corresponding symbols (e.g., AC, DC, USB, Type-C) on the LCD screen. The unit also includes a built-in LED light with SOS mode functionality.

The power station is compatible with various devices, visually represented by icons for a drone, phone, laptop, mini cooler, CPAP machine, light, printer, router, car, and TV, signifying its ability to charge or power these items.

Charging is supported via three methods: AC wall socket, a 12V-24V DC input port with a 5.5*2.1mm connector, and a car cigarette lighter. The unit supports pass-through charging, allowing simultaneous charging of the power station and connected devices.

Solar Panel Connection: When using solar panels, ensure the open-circuit voltage is within 24V. A 100W solar panel is recommended for optimal charging performance.

3 Ways to Recharge

  1. AC Wall Socket Charging: Recharge the power station using an AC wall outlet. Estimated charging time is approximately 5.5-6 hours.
  2. Solar Panel Charging: Recharge with a solar panel (100W monocrystalline silicon recommended) in full sunlight. Estimated charging time is approximately 3-4 hours. Ensure the solar panel's open-circuit voltage is within 24V.
  3. Car Cigarette Charging: Recharge using the car cigarette cable from 12V/24V vehicles. Estimated charging time is approximately 5.5-6.5 hours. Note: Please start the car engine while using 12V vehicle charging.

How to Use the 300W Power Station

  1. Press the power button or any other port button to turn on the unit. Turn off port buttons when not using specific ports to conserve battery power.
  2. Read the LCD screen to identify which ports are currently active.
  3. The unit supports pass-through function, allowing you to charge your devices while simultaneously charging the power station.

Confirming Power Station Status

To confirm a port is ON:

To confirm all switch buttons are OFF:

Turn on the "Display" button first. If none of the port symbols (e.g., CAR, DC, USB, TYPE-C, AC) are shown on the LCD display, it signifies that the generator is turned off.

Fan Operation

The power station is equipped with a smart, silent cooling fan that automatically activates when the unit overheats to maintain optimal operating temperature. The fan deactivates once the temperature decreases to a safe level. The unit also features an auto-sleep function designed to conserve battery energy; it automatically enters economy mode and shuts off power output after 2 hours of inactivity, preventing the fan from running.

Common Fan Questions:

  1. Why does the fan run when the unit is not used or plugged into devices?

Ensure all switch buttons are turned off when the unit is not in use. Unswitched ports consume power even without connected devices, which can trigger the fan. The unit's auto-sleep function will eventually shut it down after 2 hours of inactivity. It is recommended to turn off all switches when storing the unit for extended periods.

  2. Does the fan run during charging?

When charging the generator and devices simultaneously, the fan may turn on or off based on the unit's temperature. If charging the generator without any connected devices, please confirm that all switch buttons are turned off.

FAQs and Solutions

  1. Why does the battery power show 97% or 95% after charging to 100% with no loads?

Confirm that all switch buttons are turned off. Even without connected loads, unswitched ports consume power, and the fan may operate. The unit has an auto-sleep function that activates after 2 hours of inactivity.

  2. How to select a solar panel to charge the unit?

Ensure the optimum operating voltage (VMP) of an 80W-160W solar panel is within 24V. Higher wattage panels will result in faster charging speeds. A 100W solar panel is recommended for a best cost-efficient solution.

  3. Does the unit have an auto-sleep energy-saving function?

Yes. The unit automatically activates the energy-saving sleep mode function when no devices are connected for 2 hours. The unit will shut down and stop power output if no devices are connected after 2 hours.

  4. Can this battery jump-start a car?

No. It is not suitable for jump-starting a car battery.

  5. Can I charge the battery using a solar panel while charging my phone at the same time?

Yes, the unit supports pass-through charging.

  6. What protection systems are included?

    Short-circuit protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, low-voltage protection, over-load protection, and over-temperature protection.

  7. Can I power an internet router with this unit?

Yes. The run time will depend on the router's electrical current demands.

  8. Can users replace the power station battery themselves?

No. Battery replacement must be performed by a qualified professional team, and used batteries need to be disposed of properly.

  9. How to reset the generator if it locks up due to overload?

It is easy to reset: turn off the AC switch button and then turn it on again.

  10. Why does the AC adapter get hot when charging the 300W generator?

It is normal for the power adapter to get hot when charging the generator. The AC power adapter has qualified UL certification. In summer, the ambient temperature is high, the temperature at the bottom of the adapter may reach about 162°F (72°C) and the surface temperature may exceed 149°F (65°C), but this temperature is within the scope of UL certification.
