Thank you for purchasing the Fantech NOVA WGP14 Multi-Platform Gamepad. This gamepad features anti-stick drift technology using Hall Effect analog sticks. It also includes additional rear macro triggers for convenient in-game use. Experience the next level of gamepads!

LED Indicator
The FANTECH NOVA WGP14 LED indicators are divided into 4 modes:
- PC Mode: Blue Color
- PS4 Mode: Player 1: Blue Color, Player 2: Red Color, Player 3: Green Color, Player 4: Purple Color
- PS3 Mode: Yellow Color
- Android/iOS Mode: Tosca Color (Cyan)
How to Connect
PC Connection
Connect the gaming controller to your PC by inserting the USB receiver into your PC's USB port.
Phone Connection
First, ensure your iPhone or iPad has been upgraded to iOS 13 and above. If using Android, please ensure it is version 10.0 or above. To connect, ensure the gamepad is turned off, then press and hold the [Share Button] + [PS Button] for 3 seconds. The gamepad will enter pairing mode, and the white light will flash. Open your phone's Settings menu, turn on Bluetooth, and find "DUALSHOCK4 Wireless Controller". Tap "Connect" to pair. A Tosca (Cyan) color light indicates successful pairing. If connection fails, the gamepad will shut down and sleep for 60 seconds. The gamepad enters sleep mode after 15 minutes of inactivity. To turn off the controller, press and hold the [PS Button] for 8-10 seconds.
Note: Controller only supports Apple devices in iOS 13.0 or above, and Apple Store games. Currently, the controller does not support touch, 6-axis, or vibration when used with phones.
PS4 Connection
To connect the gamepad to PS4, ensure the included USB cable is connected to the PS4 USB port. When the USB is connected, press the [Home Button]. The LED will display a single color. Different colors will be displayed for different connected gamepads to differentiate users.
PS3 Connection
Connect the gamepad to the PS3 via the USB cable. Then, open system settings on the PS4. Navigate to accessories settings, select the Bluetooth manager, and start scanning for devices. Disconnect the USB cable, then press and hold the [Share Button] & [Home Button] while scanning. When the controller light flashes, plug in the USB cable again, select "wireless controller", and follow the on-screen prompts. Finally, unplug the included USB cable.
How to Use
Turbo Mode
Hold the [Turbo Button], then press another button you want to assign. To clear the Turbo effect, hold the [Turbo Button], then press the button that was already assigned. Turbo mode can only assign action buttons, L1+R1 buttons, and R2+L2 triggers.
Custom Rear Triggers
Simultaneous Mode
Press and hold [Share Button] + Rear Triggers (left or right) that you want to assign, then press the button you want to assign. Simultaneous mode can only assign action buttons, L1+R1 buttons, and R2+L2 triggers.
Consecutive Mode
Press and hold [Option Button] + Rear Triggers (left or right) that you want to assign, then press the button you want to assign. Consecutive mode can only assign action buttons, L1+R1 buttons, R2+L2 triggers, and directional pad buttons.

Troubleshooting
A. Gamepad Not Recognized/Not Found/Not Connected
- Check the gamepad connection.
- Check for USB port problems, or change to another USB port.
- Check if the Gamepad driver was installed correctly. (If not, unplug and restart the computer.)
B. Gamepad Not Working in Game
- Be aware that not all games support gamepads.
- Check the game's settings options for controller configuration.
C. No Vibration
- Check that the driver was installed correctly.
- Check that the game supports vibration.
D. Charging Indicator Light
- The indicator light will continue to blink when charging while using the gamepad. The indicator lights will flash slowly when charging while not using the gamepad.
- When the battery power is low, the indicator lights will blink, and the gamepad will be unable to be used until it is charged.
- If the gamepad is not in use, the charging time will be around 3.5 to 4.5 hours. When the battery is full, the charging indicator light will turn off.
- While using the gamepad, the LED will flash slowly to indicate charging, and when the battery is full, the LEDs will be a solid color to indicate power.
