Care and Maintenance
Precautions Before Care: Always disconnect the power plug before cleaning or maintenance.
Humidifying Filter:
- Remove the filter plate and humidifying filter from the filter frame.
- Wash the humidifying filter with clean warm water. Do not scrub or use a drier.
- Wash the filter frame and filter plate with water. For hard stains, soak in warm water with neutral detergent for about 30 minutes, then rinse.
- Reassemble carefully, ensuring no gaps between parts.
Composite Air Filter:
- Clean the black side (front) with a vacuum cleaner using a dusting brush or gap suction nozzle.
- Do not wash with water. Do not operate the unit without the filter installed.
Deodorizing Filter: No maintenance required. Do not remove the black net.
Tank, Tray, Anti-fungus Assembly:
- Wash with water. For hard stains, soak in warm water with neutral detergent.
- The anti-fungus assembly may show powder or decrease in size with use; this is normal and harmless.
Long-term Storage: Disconnect power, empty tank and tray, dry thoroughly. Store parts in a cool, dry place.
Filter Replacement:
- Composite/Deodorizing Filter: Replace when the filter exchange indicator lights up (approx. every 3 years). Replacement may be needed sooner based on usage conditions (e.g., smoking).
- Humidifying Filter: Replace approx. every 120 months (based on 8 hours/day usage). Replace immediately if odor persists, water level does not decrease, or the filter is damaged.
Resetting Filter Indicator: After replacing a filter, press and hold specific buttons for 3 seconds until the indicator turns off.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q1: The wind is cold during humidifying?
A: When operating in 'Full Auto' or 'Clean/Humid.' modes, the unit blows out air cooler than room temperature because the moisture from the humidifying filter absorbs heat from the air.
Q2: There is no steam during humidifying?
A: This unit generates moisture from the humidifying filter when encountering wind, rather than boiling water to produce steam.
Q3: The humidifying amount is reduced?
A: The humidifying amount can vary depending on room temperature and humidity, similar to how clothes dry slower in humid or cold weather. It increases in warm, dry conditions.
Q4: The humidity sign remains 'red'?
A: This may occur if the unit is not sensing humidity properly due to its installation location. Try changing the installation place. If the 'red' indicator is always on, the room size might be too large for the unit.
Q5: Is there a "jee" sound from the outlet?
A: A slight sound is normal when 'nanoe™' is being generated. The sound level may vary depending on usage environment and operation mode, but it is not an abnormality.
Q6: The humidifying filter changes in color?
A: The filter may change color depending on water quality, but this is not a performance problem.
Q7: There is dewing on the window and wall?
A: Dewing can occur on cold windows or walls even if the room humidity is moderate.
Q8: The clean sign does not change?
A: This can happen if the sensor sensitivity is too high or too low. You can adjust the sensor sensitivity. The default setting is 'Med'.
Q9: How to dim or turn off the clean sign?
A: During operation, long-press the 'nanoe™' and 'Clean Humid.' buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds to dim the clean sign. Press again for 3 seconds to turn it off. Press again to turn it back on.

Further Information
About 'nanoe™':
'nanoe™' are microparticle ions wrapped in water, generated using the latest technology. They offer sterilization, inhibition of allergens and mold bacteria, and deodorization, creating an atmosphere conducive to hydrated skin. Generation conditions: Room temperature 5°C-35°C, relative humidity 30%-85%. A small amount of ozone is generated, which is harmless.
Composite Air Filter:
Features bio-sterilization and super allergy buster functions to inhibit fungus, mold bacteria, and allergens like pollen and dust mite waste. May emit faint, harmless smells from its components.
Odor Sensor:
Detects air pollution and indicates it via the Clean Sign. Optimizes air volume in automatic modes. Sensitivity can be adjusted. Detects various odors and airborne particles.
Power-Saving Operation:
Combines 'patrol mode' (hourly air checks) and 'learning mode' (predicts dirt generation) for automatic operation and energy saving. The unit stops automatically when the air is clean.
Preparation
1. Filling Water: Remove the tank, fill with fresh tap water to the indicated line, and re-install it. Ensure the anti-fungus kit is properly installed.
2. Connecting Power: Connect the power plug firmly. The unit's sensor uses the air quality at this time as a reference. It is recommended to plug in when the air is fresh.
3. Installing Filters: Remove the deodorizing filter and composite air filter from their packaging. Install them and the front panel correctly.
