About this Price Guide

This Price Guide defines the prices of our Three Your Way Plans services. It is effective from the date of publication and takes precedence over any information published elsewhere, except for customer terms.

All prices in this Price Guide include VAT, where applicable.

For customers who purchased Three Your Way Plans before 30 August 2023, plan names have changed, but the benefits remain the same.

How to contact us

Three's Preferred Payment Method

New Three Your Way Plan customers must join on Direct Debit. All monthly charges include a £5 discount for paying by the preferred payment method (e.g., Direct Debit). Direct Debit ensures timely payments and eligibility for the discount. Bank details can be changed at any time.

Accepted payment methods include American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Switch, and Direct Debit.

Using your device

Your plan allowances can be used for calls, texts, and data. For usage not included in your plan, you can purchase an add-on or pay for usage at the rates defined in this guide.

Standard Rates (UK)

Call durations are rounded to the nearest minute. Charges for individual calls are rounded to the nearest penny. Data is charged based on usage, rounded to the nearest kilobyte (kB). Each text message can accommodate up to 160 characters; longer messages are split and charged separately. Messages with non-standard characters (like emojis) may be sent as MMS. Sending messages to multiple recipients incurs separate charges for each recipient. Returning calls from voicemail is charged at standard rates. Diverted calls are charged based on the number called. Calls longer than 2 hours may be ended to prevent excessive costs. After data allowance is used, further data usage requires an Add-on or plan change, except for Connect plans.

Three Your Way Connect plans - Tablet and Laptop

These plans include a tablet, iPad, or laptop and are available on various terms. Cancellation is possible with 30 days' notice, with potential fees if within the minimum term. Laptops are only available on Lite plans.

Smartwatch Pairing Plan

This plan allows you to share allowances with your smartwatch. It does not include its own allowance for calls, texts, or data.

Monthly charges may increase annually as described in the 'Increase to your monthly charge' section.

Our Three Your Way Plan Add-ons

Go Roam Passes

Go Roam passes allow you to use your UK allowance in Go Roam destinations without incurring daily roaming charges.

If you do not have a Go Roam pass and use your phone abroad, daily roaming charges will apply. Go Roam pass add-ons are valid for use in the specified destinations and expire after activation based on their duration.

Data Passport

Data Passport offers unlimited data in listed destinations for £5.00 for 24 hours. It can be used for getting online, creating a personal hotspot, streaming, or connecting to a VPN.

Data Add-ons

One-off Data Add-ons are activated on purchase or when existing data allowance is used. One Day Data Boost provides unlimited data for the day of purchase until midnight GMT+1. One Month Data Boost provides unlimited data for a calendar month. Recurring Data Add-ons renew monthly until cancelled. Data Add-ons function like plan data.

Voice Add-ons

Voice Add-ons provide international minute allowances for calls from the UK to standard international numbers.

Voice Add-ons recur monthly until cancelled. Calls are charged per minute, rounded up to the nearest minute. These add-ons are for use in the UK only.

Special Numbers

Some UK calls and services have rates outside standard allowances. Visit three.co.uk/specialcall for specific number costs.

Other Services

Early cancellation fee

If you cancel your contract early, a fee is calculated based on the remaining monthly charges, minus a 3% discount. For example, if your monthly charge is £25 and you have 6 months remaining, the fee is £145.50 (£150 - £4.50).

Increase to your Monthly Charge

Each April, your monthly charge will increase. The increase amount depends on your data allowance: £1.00 for plans with 4GB or less, £1.25 for plans with 5GB-99GB, and £1.50 for plans with 100GB or more. This increase does not apply to add-ons, out-of-allowance charges, or device plan repayments. The £5 Direct Debit discount is maintained.

Example: For a £30 monthly charge with 4GB data, the charge increases by £1 each April (£30 -> £31 -> £32).

Your rights - complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of Three's services, you can register a complaint via Live Chat on three.co.uk/support/how-to-complain, by calling 333 from your Three phone (or 0333 338 1001 from other phones), or by writing to Three Customer Complaints, PO Box 333, Glasgow G2 9AG. Complaints are investigated according to Three's customer complaints code, available on their website or upon request.

Calls and texts from the UK to international numbers

International call and text costs depend on the destination country. Rates are categorized into bands.

International Calls and Messages from the UK

Call durations have a one-minute minimum charge, then charged by the second. Charges are not included in any allowance.

A comprehensive table lists destinations by band for voice calls and text messages, detailing the charges per minute/text.

Using your device abroad

Roaming charges depend on the country and destination. Destinations are grouped into 'Go Roam' (Europe), 'Go Roam Around the World', and 'Go Roam Around the World Extra'.

The charges for using your UK allowance abroad are detailed in tables, categorized by destination bands (GRE, GRATW, GRATWX).

Daily charges in Go Roam destinations

A fixed daily charge unlocks your UK allowance for 24 hours in Go Roam destinations. This charge does not apply if you have roaming passes. Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man are excluded from the daily roaming charge.

Daily Go Roam Passes can be included in your plan or purchased as add-ons. These passes are valid for the duration of the pass and expire automatically.

If you do not have an allowance or have used your allowance, charges apply as per the table below.

Worldwide data roaming limit is £45 (excl. VAT) to prevent excessive spending. Contact Three Customer Services to change or remove this limit. Internet access speeds abroad depend on local network availability and conditions.

Other charges

Limits apply to third-party charges (£40 per single transaction, £240 cumulative per month). Spend Caps can be set to manage out-of-allowance spending.

Billing details are rounded to two decimal places, which may result in minor rounding differences in final totals.
