Customer service: service@jacchozhi.com Not" * " = " # " = Clear key / Back key Confirm key / menu key Product Settings You can use the TTLOCK app to easily and quickly manage the lock, which can be downloaded from the APP Store and Google Play. Add a lock according to the app's prompts (you can refer to the video on the product page) Features Operate Long press the reset button on the lock, hear "Please enter the initialization password", enter000#, the lock will be reset to factory settings, and all fingerprints, passwords, cards and mobilephone administrators will be cleared. Note: Before adding the administrator information,you can use theinitialized password(123456)to open the door. 1. Reset After adding the admin information, the initial password will be automatically invalid. Please try to reset the lock if the lock cannot be added to app. When deleting a lock from the application, the door lock screen needs to be lit up. When the administrator password is not set and the mobile phone administrator is not added, enter*12#123456# -> enter the Set administrator password# -> enter the same password # again. 2. administrator password Note: This step does not need to be done when using the mobile app management. On the App, click "Fingerprint" -> Add a fingerprint -) Enter the fingerprint name and validityperiod -> Click Next -> Click to start 3. Click "Passwords"on the App -> select the password type: custom -> select the validity period-> click set password -> enter the password to be added. Note: custom password must be operated on the lock. Click "Passwords"on the App-) select the password type: permanent/period/single/clear/cycle-> click to get password Note: These types of passwords do not need to be operated on 4.
