Filter Replacement Guide
This guide provides essential instructions on how to replace the filter in your Carrier Room Air Purifier. An integrated filter is included in new products for your convenience.
How to replace the filter
An integrated filter is included in new product.
⚠️ CAUTION
- Remove the plastic packaging from the filter before use.
- Keep plastic packaging away from children as it may cause suffocation.
- Be sure to unplug the unit before removing the filter packaging.
? NOTE
You cannot return the filter once the plastic packaging is removed.
Step 1: Remove Top Cover
Hold the top cover of the product with both hands and pull upwards to remove it.

Step 2: Release Filter Cover
Grasp the filter cover hole on the rear filter cover and pull it forward to detach it.

Step 3: Unpack New Filter
Remove the plastic packaging from the new filter.

Step 4: Insert New Filter
Push the new filter into the top and bottom part of the product, ensuring it is in close contact with the internal guides.

Step 5: Reattach Filter Cover
Replace the filter cover. Insert the cover into the fixed groove at the bottom of the product first. Slide the cover forward so that the cover fits into the top grooves.

Step 6: Secure Top Cover
Hold the top cover of the product with both hands and slide it back in place, making sure the Carrier logo appears prominently in the front.

Step 7: Initialize Unit
When the filter installation is complete, press the Sleep + "Auto" button on the control panel for 5 seconds or more to initialize the unit. The red filter light will go off when the product is reset.

Cleaning the filter
Regular cleaning of the pre-filter helps maintain optimal air purification performance.
Step 1: Assess Filter Condition
If the filter is very dirty, it is time to replace it. Filter contamination may vary depending on your environment, so the timing of filter cleaning or replacement may vary accordingly.
Step 2: Clean Pre-Filter
In between filter replacements, clean the pre-filter with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush. Never wash the filter with water.
