SANELA SLP 02K / SLP 02KZ Urinal Flush Valve

Overview

This document provides mounting instructions, technical specifications, and service information for the SANELA SLP 02K and SLP 02KZ automatic urinal flush valves.

Mounting Instructions

Follow these steps for installation:

Step 1: Mounting the Bracket

Mount the provided bracket to the wall. Ensure a minimum distance of 150 mm from the top of the urinal and a minimum of 200 mm from the floor or any obstruction below.

Step 2: Connecting the Valve to Water Supply

Connect the valve to the water supply using the G 3/4" thread. Ensure a secure connection.

Step 3: Electrical Connections (SLP 02KZ)

For the SLP 02KZ model, connect the 230 V / 50 Hz power supply and the 24V DC low-voltage supply to the respective terminals on the unit.

Step 4: Electrical Connections (SLP 02K / SLP 02KZ)

Connect the 24V DC low-voltage supply to the valve unit. Ensure correct polarity.

Step 5: Wiring

Connect the sensor, valve, and power supply according to the wiring diagram. The system operates on 24V DC.

Step 6: Final Assembly

Attach the main unit to the mounted bracket and connect all necessary components.

Step 7: Settings and Operation

Sensor Range: Adjustable between 0.3 - 0.7 meters.

Automatic Adjustment: The flush duration can be set between 0.15 - 15.5 seconds.

Operation Switch: Use the OFF/ON switch to control the unit's power.

The unit features automatic flushing based on sensor detection.

Service and Maintenance

Regular checks and proper cleaning are recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Frequency: It is recommended to check the electromagnetic valve's sifter and tighten screw connections and connector contact surfaces once a year.
• Cleaning: All stainless steel and chrome components should be cleaned using only water, soap, and a soft rag. Aggressive and abrasive cleansers are strictly forbidden. For stainless steel, SUMA INOX solution is recommended.
• Packaging: Dispose of product packaging according to local regulations.
• Compliance: This product has a declaration of conformity in accordance with regulations 73/023/EEC and 89/336/EEC.
