The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation or abnormal wear and tear. The company gives no warranty against damage to any surface due to incorrect removal and installation of the product.
The product features a pairing button and is compatible with major smart home platforms.

Installation
App Download: Download the eWeLink APP from the App Store or Google Play Store, or download the VTAC SMART HOME APP by scanning the provided QR codes.
Troubleshooting & Multi-Language Manual: Scan the barcode for FAQs for troubleshooting and the Multi-Language Manual for instructions in different languages.
Wiring Installation
- Cut off the power supply.
- Use a screwdriver to open the front cover.
- Connect the wires correctly according to the wiring diagram (L: Live, N: Neutral, ⏚: Ground). The diagram shows a blue wire connected to Neutral, a green wire to Ground, and a red wire to Live.
- Install and power up the device.
eWeLink App Setup
- Register/Login: Open the eWeLink App and register or log in to your account.
- Add Device: Tap the '+' sign to add a new device.
- Pairing Mode: Ensure the Smart Device is powered. Tap and hold the Power Button for 6 seconds until the LED blinks 3 times repeatedly to enter pairing mode. Tap 'Next' to start pairing.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Select your Wi-Fi network name and enter the password. Only 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi is supported. Tap 'Next'.
- Name Device: Give your device a name (e.g., 'Smart Plug') and tap 'Complete'.
- Device Paired: The paired device will appear in the app. You can tap the ON/OFF icon to control the device or tap the device name for more settings.
Device Features:
- Share: Share device access with other users.
- Schedule: Set timers for automatic ON/OFF with daily or weekly repeat options.
- Timer: Set a specific duration for the device to be ON or OFF.
- Loop Timer: Configure a time loop for the device's operational cycles.
Amazon Alexa Setup
- Install Alexa App: Download and install the Amazon Alexa app. Register or log in.
- Add Device/Enable Skills: On the Alexa home page, tap the lower right icon to add a new device and enable skills. Tap on 'Skills & Games'.
- Search & Enable V-TAC Skill: In the search bar, type 'V-TAC' and tap on the V-TAC skill. Tap 'Enable Skill' to link your eWeLink account.
- Link Accounts: Enter your eWeLink login credentials and tap 'Log In'.
- Discover Devices: Once linked, close the window and tap 'Discover Devices'. Ensure your smart device is paired with the eWeLink app.
Alexa Commands: You can now control your smart device using voice commands, such as "Alexa, turn ON Smart Plug" or "Alexa, turn OFF Smart Plug".

- Amazon Alexa Device (Echo, Echo Tap, or Echo Dot)

- Stable Wi-Fi network
Google Home Setup
- Install Google Home App: Download and install the Google Home app. Register or log in. Create a new home or select an existing one. Power on and connect your Google Home device to the app.
- Add Device/Set up Device: On the Google Home page, tap the '+' icon and then tap 'Set up device'.
- Link Services: Tap the arrow section to link smart home services. Search for "Vtac" and tap on the VTAC Smart icon.
- Sign In: Sign in with your eWeLink login credentials to link the smart home device.
- Select Device: After linking, you will be redirected to select the device to add to your home. Choose the device and tap 'Next'.
- Assign to Home: Select the home where you want to add the smart device or create a new home.
Google Home Commands: You can now control your smart device using voice commands, such as "OK Google, turn ON Smart Plug" or "OK Google, turn OFF Smart Plug".
