Kovaco Electric Elise 900 Operation Manual: Safety & Usage Guide

Kovaco Electric Elise 900 Operation Manual

This document provides essential safety information and operating procedures for the Kovaco Electric Elise 900 skid steer loader.

1. Introduction to Safety Materials

The machine driver is responsible for the safe operation of the Elise 900 loader. As a high-performance loader suitable for various terrain conditions, adherence to all safety rules is crucial to prevent injury or death. The machine provider is responsible for ensuring proper driver training and explaining all associated risks. This includes providing training materials such as the "Manual for Machine Maintenance and Operation" and the "Manual for Machine Operation" for drivers to study.

Key points:

  • The "Manual for Machine Maintenance and Operation" contains operating information and maintenance procedures.
  • The "Manual for Machine Operation" details safety rules and essential knowledge to avoid injury or death.
  • Drivers must familiarize themselves with these documents before use and keep them accessible.
  • Warnings on manuals and the machine (safety labels) are vital for driver safety; failure to observe them can lead to injury or death.
  • Drivers must be familiar with safe loader operation.
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as protective clothes, shoes, helmet, glasses, and gloves must be worn according to conditions, surroundings, and load.
  • Drivers must be physically and mentally fit for safe loader operation.

2. Overview of Safety Labels

If safety labels are damaged, contact the manufacturer immediately to obtain and replace them.
