MiniZ400 Operation Manual

Provided by KOVACO Electric

Introduction to Safety Materials

Safe operation of the MiniZ 400 loader is the user's responsibility. This high-performance loader requires adherence to all safety rules to prevent injury or death. The machine provider is responsible for proper user training, explaining risks, and ensuring correct usage. This includes providing training materials like the "Manual for Machine Maintenance and Operation" and the "Manual for Machine Operation." Users must familiarize themselves with these documents before operating the machine and keep them accessible. Safety labels on the machine are crucial for driver safety; failure to observe them can lead to injury or death. Users must also be familiar with safe loader operation practices and wear appropriate protective equipment (protective clothes, protective shoes, protective helmet, protective glasses, and protective gloves) suitable for the conditions. Physical and mental fitness are essential for safe operation.

Overview of Safety Labels

If safety labels are damaged, contact the manufacturer immediately for replacements.

WARNING: SECURING ADDITIONAL DEVICE

Placement: Hydraulic Arms

Ensure the proper connection of additional devices. Improper connection can lead to injury or death.

WARNING: MOVEMENT NEAR THE LIFTER

Placement: Lower Part of Hydraulic Arm

Movement near the turned-on lifter can lead to injury or death. Do not move near the turned-on machine. Do not move below the lifted arms, nor on the lifted equipment.

WARNING: OF UPSETTING, OVERTURNING OR LOSS OF VIEW

Placement: Back Side of Hydraulic Arms Towards the Driver

Upsetting, overturning, or loss of view from the machine can lead to injury or death. Always familiarize yourself with the environment in which you will work.

WARNING: ACCIDENTAL LOADER MOVEMENT

Placement: On the Loader

Accidental machine movement can lead to death. Familiarize yourself with loader control – travel and hydraulics – before starting work.

WARNING: RISK OF PRESS

Placement: On Lifting Arms

Do not get close to a loader while in operation. Movement near the started loader can lead to injury or death.

WARNING: DANGER OF FALLING

Placement: In Front Side of the Loader

Do not transport other persons. Do not use the loader for lifting persons or as a work platform.

WARNING: FLUID UNDER HIGH PRESSURE

Placement: On the Loader

Read the User Manual for Operation and Maintenance to prevent fluid leakage. Leaking fluid under high pressure can cause injury or death.

WARNING: POSSIBLE BATTERY EXPLOSION

Placement: On the Battery Cover

The battery may explode when being charged. Read the User Manual for Operation and Maintenance before handling the battery. An explosion can cause injury or death.

WARNING: READ ALL THE SUPPLIED MANUALS FOR THE MACHINE OPERATION

Placement: On the Loader

Do not use the loader without reading the Manual for Maintenance and Operation and the Manual for Operation. Ignorance of procedures can result in injury or death.

WARNING: GETTING TRAPPED IN PARTS OF THE LOADER

Placement: In Front Side of the Loader

Do not touch moving parts of the loader. When the loader is moving, limbs may get trapped, leading to injury or death.

WARNING: FALL IN A SLOPE

Placement: In Front Side of the Loader

Do not stand under the loader scoop or arm. The moving loader can cause a fall or entrapment under lifting equipment, resulting in serious injury or death.

WARNING: OVERTURNING THE MACHINE IN THE SLOPE

Placement: On the Loader

In slopes, drive with the heavy side of the loader towards the hill. Driving with lifted arms can cause loss of stability and overturning, resulting in injury or death. Do not drive or turn with arms lifted.

WARNING: OVERTURNING THE MACHINE AS A RESULT OF IMPROPER OPERATION

Placement: On the Loader

Load, unload, and turn the machine on a straight surface. Do not exceed the permitted operating capacity.

WARNING: DANGER OF CRUSHING A BODY PART

Placement: On the Loader

When working on unstable surfaces or in hazardous environments, use a stand to secure the machine. An unsecured machine can cause injury or death.

WARNING: DANGER OF PARTS EJECTED INTO THE FACE

Placement: On the Loader

Objects may be thrown into the operator's face. Always check the work environment and wear protective clothing (e.g., a protective shield). Not using protective equipment can result in injury or death.
