The Adobe Transactional License Program offers Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) free of charge to those placing TLP orders. Media kits are sold separately.

Individual Design Applications - Licensing

Adobe Creative Suite 4 Photoshop Extended provides tools for editing 3D and motion based content edit and performing image analysis.

*Adobe Creative Suite 4 licenses do not include media. It is recommended that one or more copies of applicable Adobe Creative Suite 4 media kits be purchased at the same time. The number of media kits purchased may not exceed the number of licenses.

FileMaker

FileMaker® database software helps schools in many aspects of collecting, managing and reporting on student and administrative data. More than 10,000 K-12 schools use FileMaker in their data-driven decision-making processes to achieve greater operational efficiency, easily comply with federal and state reporting requirements, advance teacher development and monitor student performance.

Licensing for FileMaker - please review licensing policies for Education Volume License Agreements (EVLA); Maintenance for EVLA; Education Site License Agreement (ESLA) and Maintenance for ESLA. Those products delivered Electronically are denoted with ESD.

All FileMaker Licensing is delivered via electronic download, separate media is not required. Upon purchase, the customer will receive the following: 1) A link to the download of the PDF license certificate. This certificate will contain the license keys for product installation and therefore will need to be printed before installing the product and 2) A link to the software download.

Note: An upgrade from Server 8 or 9 to Server 10 Advanced would require an upgrade to Server 10, and then an upgrade to Server 10 Advanced.

Education Volume License Agreement (EVLA)

The minimum initial order for a EVLA is 10 seats of software licenses. Customers can mix & match any FileMaker software products, as well as new and upgrade seats to reach the minimum volume requirement for each tier. Maintenance does not apply towards the 10 seat minimum.

One year of Maintenance is automatically included with all licensing purchases of FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Pro Advanced, FileMaker Server and FileMaker Server Advanced. Only FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Pro Upgrade and FileMaker Pro Maintenance are available on a per-seat, multi-tier pricing discount structure. To add-on new or upgrade copies of FileMaker products to an existing license agreement, customers must have a FileMaker 8 or newer VLA. There is no minimum purchase quantity required for add-onproducts, and they count towards the FileMaker Pro minimum volume requirements for each tier. The current VLA number must accompany the order if the total number of units is less than 10. License keys for product installation are listed on the volume license certificate.

Maintenance for EVLA

EVLA Maintenance customers must renew their Maintenance prior to its expiration to take advantage of the regular Maintenance price. Once renewed, the new Maintenance expiration date will be one or two years from the original Maintenance renewal expiration date (depending on the renewal SKU purchased).

Once the Maintenance expires, an "Expired" Maintenance price is available for EVLA customers who want to renew the expired Maintenance contract. The new Maintenance expiration date will be set to one or two years from the date of the Expired Maintenance order (depending on the renewal SKU purchased).

If a customer's Maintenance expires and FileMaker announces the availability of an upgrade, the customer is no longer eligible for the Expired Maintenance price. The customer must purchase the product upgrade or (if upgrade version does not qualify) new licenses. When additional years of Maintenance are added to extend the expiration date of a line item on the same purchase, the seats extending the Maintenance expiration date do not count towards tier levels, minimum initial order quantity, or product discount levels. Customers ordering Maintenance Renewal for existing licenses and new licenses (which include Maintenance) at the same time, must submit two separate orders if the Maintenance renewal date for the existing licenses is not in the same billing quarter as the new licenses. Customers who wish to renew Maintenance on multiple seats with multiple end dates must submit separate orders if the renewal dates are not in the same billing quarter.

Bento Volume Licensing qualifications include: The minimum initial order for Bento 3 VLA is 10 seats of software licenses. Bento volume licensing orders cannot be combined with other FileMaker licensing programs and must be on their own PO. Customers cannot combine Bento with other FileMaker software products to reach the minimum volume requirement for each Tier.

Electronic License Delivery: All FileMaker licensing is delivered via electronic download. (separate media purchases are not required) The customer will receive an email with the following: (1) A link to the download of the PDF license certificate. FileMaker - Bento 3 - Volume Licensing

FileMaker - Bento 3 - Site License for K-12 Education Schools

Site License(s) are an Agreement available only for U.S. K-12 Education Institutions, permitting the installation of the software on up to 500 computers owned or leased by the for use by enrolled students, faculty, teaching assistants and administrators at a single site. In addition, the Agreement(s) allow installation of the software on up to 50 additional computers under the direct control of faculty and teaching assistants for use at the site or elsewhere, solely for the purpose of creating and revising lessons for use in classrooms located at the site.

Inspiration

Inspiration is the tool students rely on to plan, research and complete projects successfully. Students develop critical thinking, planning and writing skills as they create graphic organizers to visually represent concepts and relationships. Inspiration is used in language arts, social studies and science. Optimized for Intel-based Macs, Inspiration takes advantage of the increased performance offered by the Mac platform. Inspiration is licensed per computer. Pricing is on a tiered quantity discount schedule. Volume licensing minimum is only 5. All orders include media, Teacher Take Home Privileges and inspired web resources including on-line training, examples and templates.

Created for K-5 learners, Kidspiration provides an easy way to apply the proven principles of visual learning. Students build graphic organizers by combining pictures, text and spoken words to represent thoughts and information. Younger learners develop early literacy skills, and more advanced students improve comprehension skills and better organize ideas for writing. Optimized for Intel-based Macs, Kidspiration takes advantage of the increased performance offered by the Mac platform. Kidspiration is licensed per computer. Pricing is on a tiered quantity discount schedule. Volume licensing minimum is only 5. All orders include media, Teacher Take Home Privileges and standards-based activity templates to help build skills across the curriculum.

Volume License transactions include complimentary media which is comprised of a program installation CD, User's Manual, network installation instructions and a printed license agreement with the product serial number. Orders of 21 + include one additional program CD, manual for every 10 computers licensed, and one complimentary teacher resource lesson plan book. Extra media may be used to facilitate Teacher Take Home privileges.

Inspiration Volume Licensing

Microsoft

With the initial purchase, there is a 5+ license minimum requirement, which will initiate an authorization number. There is not a minimum purchase requirement on additional orders. The agreement term is for 24 months. When the term expires, a minimum of 5+ licenses will need to be purchased to initiate a new authorization number. Customer receives license agreement via email. The authorization number is listed at the top of the license. This number is to be provided when placing reorders for additional licenses under the quantity of 5.

Media is available via Software download at no additional cost from the Microsoft eOpen website: https://eopen.microsoft.com. Instructions on how to access the website will be included in the Microsoft Open License Order Confirmation that is sent to all users via email. Microsoft will require a License Agreement Number and Authorization Number, both included in the Microsoft Open License Order confirmation email.

Microsoft Open License Agreement

Same as TR217LL/A but includes Software Assurance. When you include Software Assurance with licenses acquired through Academic Open, you acquire the right to install any new release of covered products during the term of the Academic Open authorization number under which Software Assurance was purchased, which is two (2) years from date of purchase. You also qualify to receive eLearning content.

The purpose for virtualizing server solutions is to maximize Xserve/Mac Pro systems utilization, testing of new configurations, easily launching services for high availability. Parallels Server for Mac is delivered via download. The customer will receive a file via email including Parallels Server License Key(s) and instructions to activate the software.
