This guide contains essential information regarding the safe operation and warranty of your realme handset.
Service Terms
Thank you for choosing realme. We offer comprehensive warranty services in accordance with national laws and regulations. In case of any conflict, national policies will prevail.
- Within 24 months of purchase, normal use failures are covered for maintenance. Accessories like chargers, data cables, and earphones have a 12-month warranty.
- A valid purchase invoice, indicating the device's serial and/or IMEI number, is required for warranty claims.
- If the invoice and/or warranty card are lost, a 24-month warranty service will be provided starting from the 90th day after the device's manufacture date, provided a photocopy can be supplied.
- The warranty does not cover other product accessories such as user manuals or warranty cards.
- Warranty service is only provided in the country of original purchase.
In Australia: Goods are guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other foreseeable loss or damage. You can also have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
Warranty Instructions and Conditions
Your warranty is valid under normal device usage. The following conditions are excluded from free warranty, but repairs may be available at your cost:
- Expired warranty period.
- Damage caused by human factors, improper operating environment, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification by the customer or an unauthorized repairer.
- Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning).
- Inability to provide the warranty card and valid proof of purchase, or if the product model and IMEI do not match or are altered.
- Natural wear and tear (e.g., casing, keypad, display screen, antenna).
- Faults, damages, or defects not caused by realme.
- Damaged or unrecognizable barcodes and warranty labels.
Other Conditions:
- External damages (wear, tear, scratches) are not covered.
- Faults caused by internet or wireless information service providers are not covered.
- Verbal promises by dealers that contradict the warranty policy are not covered.
For products requiring repair due to liquid infiltration or significant human-induced damage, realme service centers will provide a quote.
All replaced components, parts, and accessories during the warranty period become the property of realme.
Sending and Collecting the Device for Repair
- Complete the realme Mobile Phone Repair Form with clear, valid information (name, address, phone number, fault symptoms).
- Backup your data: Before sending your device for repair, back up all information and data (contacts, messages, pictures) and delete them to prevent loss or damage. realme is not responsible for data loss, damage, or leakage. Ensure the legality of your data. realme respects your privacy and will not transmit, backup, or examine your data unless necessary for service provision.
- Present the realme Repair Service Form for collection. If the customer copy is lost, report the loss with valid personal identification before collecting the phone.

Operating Environment:
- Suitable operating temperature: 0°C to 35°C.
- Storage temperature: -20°C to 45°C.
- Avoid using the handset near telephones, televisions, radios, and office automation machines.
- Charge the handset between 5°C and 35°C to maintain battery performance. Flash charging may not function below 15°C or above 35°C.
Using unauthorized system modifications may lead to security risks. realme does not provide support or take responsibility in such cases.
Battery Precautions:
- Do not weld battery terminals.
- Do not press or pierce the battery with sharp objects.
- If battery liquid contacts skin or clothes, wash immediately with water or seek medical help.
- Cease use if the battery shows abnormalities (high temperature, discoloration, distortion, bulging, leakage).
- Avoid battery liquid contact with eyes; wash immediately or seek medical help if serious.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery.
- Keep the battery away from fire, heaters, or high-temperature places.
- If battery leakage or strange smell occurs, move it away from open flames.
- Keep the battery away from moisture.
- Do not place the battery in direct sunlight or high-temperature areas.
- Do not use the battery with a high-voltage power supply.
- Batteries wear out over time; dispose of them according to local regulations.
- Caution: Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type.
- Warning: Do not charge the battery for over 12 hours.
Other Matters of Attention:
- The adapter should be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible.
- Discontinue use and contact a realme Service Center if any part of the product is cracked or damaged.
- To prevent hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for extended periods.
