Introduction
This document provides a comprehensive user manual for the MOZA R3 Racing Wheel and Pedals, designed for compatibility with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

The MOZA R3 bundle includes the following main components:

01 R3 Wheel Base
Connection Ports
The rear of the R3 Wheel Base features the following ports:
- USB: For PC connection and firmware updates.
- POWER: DC INPUT for power supply.
- PEDAL: Connects to the SR-P Lite pedal set.
- DASH: For connecting a dashboard display (if applicable).
- SHIFTER: For connecting a shifter accessory.
- E-STOP: Emergency Stop button connection.
- HANDBRAKE: For connecting a handbrake accessory.

Key dimensions of the R3 Wheel Base are provided for mounting and integration purposes.
Xbox Console Connection Guide
- Connect the SR-P Lite pedal set to the PEDAL port on the base.
- Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
- Plug the supplied USB cable into the corresponding ports on the base and the Xbox console.
- Turn on the base by pressing the power button located at the rear, then turn on the Xbox console.
Connection Confirmation: If the RPM light on the wheel flows from the side to the center, it indicates a successful connection to Xbox. If the RPM light is flashing, it means the base is in PC mode. To switch to Xbox mode, press and hold the S1 and S2 buttons on the steering wheel simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Pedal Recalibration: If you encounter pedal travel issues during initial use, two methods are available:
- Calibrating in PC Mode: Connect the device to a PC, enter PC mode, and recalibrate the pedal until it functions normally. Then switch back to Xbox mode for regular usage.
- Calibrating with MOZA Racing Mobile App: Download and install the MOZA RACING mobile app from your app store. Access the pedal calibration feature within the app.
[Note] By default, the mode is set to Xbox. To use it on PC, you need to switch the mode.
If your steering wheel is not centered, or the maximum rotation angle doesn't match in-game settings, adjust it using the MOZA Pit House software on your mobile app or PC.
PC Connection Guide
- Attach the base to your rig mount using either 2 or 4 screw holes on the bottom.
- Plug in the power supply and USB cable into their corresponding ports at the rear of the R3 base. Connect the USB cable to an available port on your PC.
- Briefly press the power button on the back of the R3 base to switch it on.
- Download the latest version of Moza Pit House from the help center on the Moza Racing website (www.mozaracing.com).

Desk Clamp Installation Guide
Attach the base to the desk clamp using the 4 mounting holes on the underside of the base. Tighten the clamp securely to the desk to prevent any movement during use.

Precautions
- Do not expose the equipment to liquids and moisture to avoid fire/electric shock.
- Avoid using the equipment in direct sunlight.
- For your safety and well-being, monitor your gaming time and take breaks as needed.
- The device is not suitable for children under 6 years old; small accessories may cause a choking hazard.
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by their parents.
- Do not dismantle the equipment without the manufacturer's permission, as this will void your warranty.
- The equipment must be connected using the factory-supplied power supply to prevent electrical hazards.
- To ensure safety, repair or replacement of parts should only be carried out by an authorized repair center.
- The use of non-standard power supplies is prohibited, even if the voltage and other data match.
- Only use AC power supplied by a standard wall outlet to avoid damage to the product.
- Exposure of the equipment to heat sources is prohibited.
- Unplug the unit from the power cord and disconnect it if it is not to be used for a long period of time.
- If you observe any abnormalities, stop using it immediately and seek assistance from MOZA officials or the authorized center.

[Important] This product is intended solely for use in simulated driving activities. It is important to distinguish between simulated games and real-life driving to ensure safety on the road.
Software Introduction
The MOZA Pit House software allows you to check the working status of your connected devices, adjust settings, and quickly start games. The steering wheel needs to be centered at 0°.
With click-and-go presets and fully customizable advanced tuning, everyone from beginners to pro drivers can find their perfect setup.

Firmware Updates

Bluetooth Connection
Connect wirelessly using the MOZA RACING App:
- Download the MOZA RACING App from the App Store and open it. Tap on "Connect to the device" to begin searching for your device SN code.
- Once your device is found based on the SN code, click on "Connect."
- Click on "Enter the car" to access the settings page.
- On the settings page, you can configure and adjust parameters for both the base and steering wheel.

02 ES Steering Wheel
Xbox Console Buttons
The ES Steering Wheel features the following buttons:
- Left Side: LT, LB, S1, D-pad, LSB, RADIO, View
- Right Side: RT, RB, S2, XYAB, RSB, XBOX, Menu
- Center: Share
Mode Switching
To switch between Xbox mode and PC mode, press and hold the S1 and S2 buttons simultaneously for more than 3 seconds. The RPM light will flash at high frequency when the mode has switched. A steady flow from side to center indicates Xbox connection; flashing indicates PC mode.
[Note] The LSB and RSB buttons on the Xbox console's steering wheel function only in specific games.

QR Use Guide (Quick Release)
- Align the 6 ball bearings on the wheel QR with the 6 notches on the base QR mount.
- Press the quick release onto the base mount, ensuring the bearings and notches are aligned.
- The quick release will automatically lock into place. If it does not, recheck alignment and try again.
- To remove the wheel, squeeze the black quick release part with the MOZA logo towards the wheel with both hands and pull out the wheel simultaneously.
Steering Wheel Configuration
The ES steering wheel can be configured easily in the MOZA Pit House software:
- RPM indicator switch mode: Choose between in-game RPM, off, and constant modes.
- Indicator modes: Two modes (Mode 1 and Mode 2) are available for detailed configuration.
- RPM indicator timing: Select early, normal, late, or custom timing to match in-game RPM.
- Brightness: Adjust the brightness of the RPM/shift LEDs.

03 SR-P Lite Racing Pedals
Pedal Installation Guide
- Mount the pedal on the footrest and adjust the mounting holes. Fix the M4*10 screws using a 2.5mm hexagonal spanner. It is recommended to fit all 4 screws for each pedal to ensure stability.
- Connect the connecting cable to the corresponding mounting connector. Use the cable clip under the pedal base to keep cabling tidy.
The pedals feature distinct ports: Throttle port, Wheelbase port, and Clutch port.
Connecting to Wheel Base
- Connect one end of the RJ45 cable to the Wheel Base port and the other end to the Pedal port on the base.
- The working status of the pedal can be monitored in MOZA Pit House. If the unit appears grey or unresponsive, unplug the base, close MOZA Pit House, reconnect the base, and reopen Moza Pit House.
- In addition to recalibrating the pedal, you can adjust the starting point, ending point, and travel distance to suit your preferences within MOZA Pit House.
Pedal Spacing Adjustment Instructions
Move the pedals left and right to adjust the distance between them and the base holes. Align the holes and tighten the screws. This adjustment method applies to the throttle, brake, and clutch pedals.
Instructions for Adjusting the Height of the Pedal Plate
Use a 2.5mm hexagonal spanner to turn the screws counter-clockwise on the face of the pedal plate. Use a 7mm open-end spanner to remove the back nut from the plate screws. Move the plate up and down to adjust the height as needed, then tighten the nuts and screws. This adjustment method is the same for the throttle, brake, and clutch pedals.
