Introduction to Product Functions

Upon connecting to the car's USB port, the factory wired CarPlay system can be upgraded to a wireless CarPlay/Android Auto system.

Connection Diagrams

CarPlay Connection (Wired / Wireless)

A smartphone is shown connecting wirelessly via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to the adapter, which is then connected to the car's infotainment system via USB. The car display shows the CarPlay interface with various app icons like Phone, Music, Maps, Messages, Podcasts, etc.

Android Auto Connection (Wired / Wireless) (Optional Function)

A smartphone is shown connecting wirelessly via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to the adapter, which is then connected to the car's infotainment system via USB. The car display shows the Android Auto interface with app icons like Google Maps, YT Music, Spotify, Phone, Calendar, etc.

Wireless CarPlay / Android Auto Connection

(Note: Android Auto is an optional function)

Connect the adapter to a USB port in the car.
Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your iPhone/Android phone.
Navigate to the Bluetooth interface on your iPhone/Android phone and search for the Bluetooth name displayed on the car screen.
Tap to connect.

List Management

Select the phone name from the list to connect.
Press and hold the phone name in the list to remove the pairing.

Online Version Update

Connect the adapter to a USB port in the car.
The mobile phone will connect to the adapter's Wi-Fi.
For iPhone: Scan the QR code using the camera or enter 192.168.50.2 via the Safari browser.
For Android Phones: Scan the QR code using the camera or use any browser to enter 192.168.50.2 (Note: Ensure your phone is connected to cellular data).

Click "Check Update".

You can check if it is the latest version.
You can update to the latest version online.
(Note: For version updates, contact customer service; self-updating may damage the product).

Click "Feedback".

Enter the car's make + model + year and report any issues related to product usage.
Send a screenshot of the content to customer service personnel.
After submitting the screenshot, a technician will contact the customer to resolve the problem.

Notes on Android Auto

Download and install the Android Auto application from Google Play on your Android phone.
Check if your phone supports the wireless Android Auto system.

Safety Precautions

Before charging, check if the device contacts are clean.
Never leave the device unattended during use and charging.
Ensure that in an emergency, the device can be quickly disconnected from the power source.
Never expose the device to high temperatures.
Charge the device in a dry, well-ventilated area away from flammable materials, maintaining a clear space of at least 1 meter from other objects.
Never cover the device while charging.
Do not use chargers, charging stations, or cables that are not recommended or certified by the manufacturer.
For your property, the device is equipped with cells that are difficult to extinguish; be prepared with a fire blanket.

The product should be regularly maintained (cleaned) by the user or by specialized service points at the user's cost and scope. If there is no information on necessary periodic maintenance or service actions in the user manual, the physical condition of the product should be assessed regularly, at least once a week, against the condition of a new product. If any difference is detected or found, maintenance (cleaning) or service steps should be taken promptly. Lack of proper maintenance (cleaning) and reaction upon detecting a difference may lead to permanent damage to the product. The guarantor is not responsible for damage resulting from negligence.

For LI-ION Batteries

The device is equipped with a LI-ION (lithium-ion) battery, which ages over time and with use due to its physical and chemical structure. The manufacturer specifies the maximum operating time of the device under laboratory conditions with optimal operating conditions for the device and a new, fully charged battery. Actual operating time may differ from the declared time and is not a defect of the device but a characteristic of the product. To maintain maximum battery life, it is not recommended to discharge it below 3.18V or 15% of its total capacity. Lower values, such as 2.5V for a cell, will permanently damage it and are not covered by warranty. If the battery or the entire device is not used for more than one month, the battery should be charged to 50% and its charge level checked cyclically every two months. Store the battery and device in a dry place, away from sunlight and freezing temperatures.

For LIPO Batteries

The device is equipped with a LI-PO (lithium-polymer) battery, which ages over time and with use due to its physical and chemical structure. The manufacturer specifies the maximum operating time of the device under laboratory conditions with optimal operating conditions for the device and a new, fully charged battery. Actual operating time may differ from the declared time and is not a defect of the device but a characteristic of the product. To maintain maximum battery life, it is not recommended to discharge it below 3.5V or 5% of its total capacity. Lower values, such as 3.2V for a cell, will permanently damage it and are not covered by warranty. If the battery or the entire device is not used for more than one month, the battery should be charged to 50% and its charge level checked cyclically every two months.
