Fan Cleaning and Storage
Fan Cleaning:
- Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
- Clean the fan with a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.
- Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor housing.
- Do not use gasoline, thinner, or benzene as a cleaner.
- You may also clean the front grill of the fan by lightly running a vacuum cleaner nozzle over the grill surface.
Fan Storage:
- In the off-season, store the fan in a safe, dry location, preferably in its original box or an appropriately sized box.
- Protect the fan from dust or moisture.

Warranty Information
3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions ("JCS") warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. JCS will, at its option, repair or replace the product or any component found to be defective. Replacements will be with new or remanufactured products or components of equal or greater value. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or adjusted by anyone other than JCS or an authorized service center, or if it is misused, used on improper voltage, or subjected to disassembly, alteration, or damage from acts of God (fire, flood, hurricanes, tornadoes).
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) is required for warranty service. JCS dealers, service centers, or retail stores cannot alter the warranty terms.
JCS liability is limited to repair or replacement. JCS is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply.

Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be taken:
- Read all instructions before using.
- Use the fan only for its intended purpose.
- Do not immerse the unit, plug, or cord in water or spray with liquids. Plug directly into a 120V AC outlet.
- Close supervision is necessary when used by or near children.
- Unplug when not in use, moving the fan, putting on/taking off parts, or cleaning.
- Avoid contact with moving parts.
- Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
- Never place the cord under rugs or near open flames, cooking, or heating appliances.
- Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug, or after malfunction, dropping, or damage. Discard or return for service.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with rugs or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic areas to prevent tripping.
- Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not let the cord hang over edges, contact hot surfaces, or be exposed to high traffic areas.
- Do not use outdoors.
- To disconnect, grip the plug and pull from the outlet. Never yank the cord.
- Always use on a dry, level surface.
- Do not operate until fully assembled with all parts properly in place.
- This product is for household use ONLY.
- WARNING: Do not use in a window to reduce the risk of electrical shock and injury.
- WARNING: Do not use with any solid-state speed control device to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock.
- This product has overload protection (fuse). If the fuse blows, unplug the product, replace with a 5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse as per instructions, and check the product. If the replacement fuse blows, discard or return for service.
Polarized Plug: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade wider than the other). To reduce electric shock risk, it fits in a polarized outlet only one way. If it doesn't fit, reverse the plug. If it still doesn't fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug.
Features & Operations
Assembly Instructions:
Assembly Time: 10-15 minutes. Tools Required: Phillips head screwdriver.
Parts: Fan housing, 2 base halves, 4 M4x12mm screws.
- Pull the power cord through the center hole of the base halves. Snap the 2 base halves together by sliding the posts of one base half into the slots of the second base half. (See Fig. 1)
- Align the arrow markings on the base center hole with the arrow markings on the bottom of the fan housing. Insert the rectangular alignment post from the fan housing into the rectangular alignment hole on the base, and the circular alignment post into the circular alignment hole. (See Fig. 2)
- Use the 4 provided M4x12mm screws to attach the assembled base to the fan housing. Secure with a screwdriver. (See Fig. 3)
- Wind the power cord underneath the base and snap the cord through the cord clip. (See Fig. 4)
- Turn the fan right side up and place on a dry, level surface before operating.
Operating Instructions (See Fig. 5):
Plug the fan into a standard 120V AC outlet.
- A. Power/Speed Settings: Press to cycle through speeds: 3, 2, 1, Off.
- B. Oscillation Control: Press to turn oscillation On or Off.
- C. Natural Breeze, Sleep Breeze Modes: Press to select Natural Breeze (random speed cycling) or Sleep Breeze (ordered speed cycling).
- D. Timer Control: Press to set timer for 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours.
Note: LED indicator lights illuminate to show activated features.
Cleaning/Maintenance
User Servicing Instructions:
- Unplug the fan. Grasp the plug and remove from the outlet.
- Open the fuse cover on the top of the plug by sliding it down towards the prongs with your thumb or a flathead screwdriver.
- Carefully remove the fuse using a small screwdriver to pry the metal ends out of the compartment. (See Fig. 6)
- Place the plug on a flat surface. Insert a new 5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse into the compartment and secure the metal ends with a small screwdriver. Caution: Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with a 5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse.
- Slide the fuse cover closed completely. If difficult, ensure the fuse is secured properly.
- Risk of fire: Do not replace the attachment plug. It contains a safety device (fuse). Discard the product if the attachment plug is damaged.

Instrucciones de Mantenimiento para el Usuario:
- Desconecte el ventilador. Sujete el enchufe y retírelo del receptáculo.
- Abra la cubierta del fusible en la parte superior del enchufe deslizando hacia abajo en dirección de las puntas con el pulgar o un destornillador plano.
- Retire el fusible con cuidado usando un destornillador pequeño para hacer palanca en los extremos metálicos y sacarlo del compartimiento. (Ver Fig. 6)
- Coloque el enchufe en una superficie plana y sólida. Inserte un fusible nuevo de 5 amperios y 125 voltios en el compartimiento y asegure los extremos metálicos con un destornillador. Advertencia: Riesgo de fuego. Reemplace el fusible con otro de 5 amperios y 125 voltios solamente.
- Deslice la cubierta del fusible de nuevo hasta cerrarla completamente. Si se presenta dificultad, asegúrese de que el fusible esté puesto correctamente.
- Peligro de incendio: No reemplace el enchufe de conexión. Contiene un dispositivo de seguridad (fusible). Deseche el producto si el enchufe está dañado.
