A. Remote control function description
The remote control features several combo key functions for memory and pairing:
Combo key | Function |
$∇ + ∇$ | When the control box is in pairing state, hold for 3 seconds. A buzzer sounds once for successful pairing. |
$□ + ∇$ | Hold for 3 seconds. A brief buzzer sound indicates successful memorization of the zero-pressure position. |
$□$ | Hold for 3 seconds. A brief buzzer sound indicates successful memorization of the TV position. |
$□$ | Hold for 3 seconds. A brief buzzer sound indicates successful memorization of the M1 position. |
$□$ M2 | Hold for 3 seconds. A brief buzzer sound indicates successful memorization of the M2 position. |
The remote control has buttons for various functions:
- Raise the head
- Lower the head
- Raise the feet
- Lower the feet
- Zero-pressure position
- TV position
- M1 position
- M2 position
- Bed bottom light and flashlight
B. Detailed instructions
1. Connection and power-on:
- Insert the driver into the corresponding socket on the control box.
- Connect the control box to the switching power supply using the connection line and turn it on. The control box will automatically move the head and feet to the FLAT position, the buzzer will sound once, and the indicator light will flash, indicating it is in pairing state.
- The control box remains in pairing state for approximately 10 seconds. During this time, operate the remote control to pair. Successful pairing is indicated by a single buzzer sound and the indicator light stopping its flashing. If no pairing occurs within 10 seconds, the indicator light stops flashing, and the control box enters standby state.
- Once successfully paired, the remote control can be used normally.
2. Button operation and function description:
- Memory Buttons (ZG, TV, M1, M2): Click the button to automatically move the head and feet to the memorized position. Press any button during operation to stop.
- Raise Head: Press and hold the button to raise the head. Release to stop.
- Lower Head: Press and hold the button to lower the head. Release to stop.
- Raise Feet: Press and hold the button to raise the feet. Release to stop.
- Flat Position: Click the button to automatically lower the head and feet to the flat position.
- Lower Feet: Press and hold the button to lower the feet. Release to stop.
- Bed Light/Flashlight: Click to turn on the bed bottom light for 5 minutes. Press and hold to turn on the flashlight on the back of the remote; release to turn it off.
3. Other instructions:
- When any button is pressed, the remote control backlight stays on for approximately 3 seconds before turning off.
- The control box has internal overload protection with a current limit of 4.5A.
- Controlling Two Beds Simultaneously:
- Follow steps 1-(2) for the first bed's control box. When it's in pairing state, press and hold the $□ + □$ buttons on the remote for approximately 3 seconds. A buzzer sound and the indicator light stopping flashing confirm successful pairing with the first control box.
- Repeat step 1 for the second bed's control box. Press and hold the $□ + □$ buttons on the remote for approximately 3 seconds. A buzzer sound and the indicator light stopping flashing confirm successful pairing with the second control box.
4. Unbinding the remote control and control box:
- Unbind One Bed: Follow steps 1-2 in "Connection and Power-on". When the control box is in pairing state, press and hold the $□ + □$ buttons on the remote for approximately 3 seconds. A buzzer sound and the indicator light stopping flashing confirm successful unbinding.
- Unbind Two Beds: Follow steps 1-2 for the control box paired with the $□ + □$ buttons. When the control box is in pairing state, press and hold the $□ + □$ buttons on the remote for approximately 3 seconds. A buzzer sound and the indicator light stopping flashing confirm successful unbinding from both control boxes.
5. Frequency conversion function:
- This function helps eliminate external signal interference.
- Ensure the remote is paired. Unplug the power for over 1 minute. Plug it back in. When the control box beeps, press and hold the $□ + □$ buttons for approximately 3 seconds. A second beep from the control box indicates successful frequency conversion.
6. Mobile APP control function:
- Download the app from the app store.
- Open the app, search for Bluetooth devices, and connect your mobile phone. The system can be used normally after a successful connection.
C. System Connection Diagram
The system comprises a Remote, Power Supply, Control Box, and two Actuators (Head and Feet), connected via an Adapter Cable and AC Cable. The Control Box also connects to the Bed bottom light.
FCC Caution
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) it must not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirements and can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction.
