A. Remote Control Function Explanation
Flashlight: Press and hold to turn on/off.
M1 memory: Stores the current position for quick recall.
Child lock: Press and hold for 3 seconds to lock/unlock.
ZG memory: Stores a zero-gravity position for quick recall.
FLAT: Press to return to the flat position.
Foot up: Press and hold to raise the feet.
Head down: Press and hold to lower the head.
Head massage: Press to cycle through head massage intensity levels (1-4). Press again at level 3 to turn off.
Massage time: Press to select massage duration (10min, 20min, 30min, or all off).
Massage ON/OFF: Toggles massage function on/off.
Pair button: Used for pairing the remote with the control box.
M2 memory: Stores another position for quick recall.
Flashlight: Press and hold to turn on/off.
Head up: Press and hold to raise the head.
Foot down: Press and hold to lower the feet.
Foot massage: Press to cycle through foot massage intensity levels (1-4). Press again at level 3 to turn off.
Massage mode: Cycles through massage modes (continuous, 0.3s, 0.6s, 1s intervals).
Floorlight: Press to turn on/off. Automatically turns off after approximately 5 minutes.
B. Detailed description:
1. Connection and startup:
- Ensure the actuator and massage motor are connected to the control box sockets as per instructions.
- Connect the control box to the SMPS using the connecting cable and power on the SMPS. The control box will automatically move the head and feet to the flat position, indicated by a buzzer beep and flashing ambient light, signifying the code matching state.
- The code matching state lasts approximately 10 seconds. During this time, press the PAIR button on the remote. A successful pairing is indicated by the buzzer and ambient light turning off. If no pairing is needed, the ambient light will turn off after 10 seconds, and the control box enters standby mode.
- Once successfully paired, the remote can be used normally.
2. Buttons description:
- M1, ZG, M2: Press and release to move to the preset position. Press any button during operation to stop.
- Child lock: Hold for 3 seconds to lock/unlock. A buzzer sound confirms the action.
- Head up: Press and hold to raise the head. Release to stop.
- Head down: Press and hold to lower the head. Release to stop.
- Foot up: Press and hold to raise the feet. Release to stop.
- Foot down: Press and hold to lower the feet. Release to stop.
- FLAT: Press to move head and feet to the flat position. Press any button during operation to stop.
- Flashlight: Press and hold to turn the flashlight on/off.
- HEAD: Press to increase head massage vibration intensity (up to 4 levels). Press again at level 3 to turn off.
- TIMER: Press to select massage time (10min, 20min, 30min, or all off).
- FOOT: Press to increase foot massage vibration intensity (up to 4 levels). Press again at level 3 to turn off.
- ON/OFF: Toggles massage function on/off.
- MODE: Cycles through massage modes (continuous, 0.3s, 0.6s, 1s intervals).
3. Other instructions:
- Pressing any button turns on the remote backlight for approximately 3 seconds.
- Massage operation continues normally even when the actuator is operated.
- The control box has overload protection with a current limit of 4.5A.
- One remote controlling two beds: Follow steps 1-2 in "Connection and startup" for the first bed. While the control box is in code matching state, hold PAIR on the remote for 3 seconds. Successful pairing is indicated by the buzzer and ambient light turning off. For the second bed, hold the HEAD + FOOT buttons for 3 seconds while the control box is in code matching state. Successful pairing is indicated similarly.
- Decoupling remote and control box:
- To release one bed: Follow steps 1-2 in "Connection and startup". While in code matching state, hold the HEAD + FOOT buttons for 3 seconds. Successful decoupling is indicated by the buzzer and ambient light turning off.
- To release two beds: Follow steps 1-2 in "Connection and startup" for both beds. When the control box is in code matching state, hold the PAIR button for 3 seconds. Successful decoupling is indicated similarly.
- If the remote is unmatched, any previously paired Bluetooth device will also be unmatched.
System connection diagram:
The diagram illustrates the connection between the remote control, power supply, connecting line, control box, massage motors, and back/feet actuators. The AC cable connects the power supply to the mains.
