Troubleshooting
1. No Sound Output

- Ensure the power adapter is receiving power.
3. No Network
- Go to Settings and check the network connection status in the network options.
- Ensure the network cable is properly connected to the projector's "LAN" interface.
- Ensure the router is configured correctly.
4. Blurry Image
- Adjust the focus or keystone correction.
- The projector and screen/wall must be placed at an effective distance.
- The projector lens is not clean.
5. Non-Rectangular Image
- If not using the keystone correction function, place the projector perpendicular to the projection surface/wall.
- Use the keystone correction function to adjust the display.
6. Automatic Keystone Correction Failed
- Ensure the camera/TOF on the front panel is not blocked or dirty. The optimal distance for automatic keystone correction is 2.0-4.0m, horizontally ±20-30°.
7. Autofocus Failure
- Ensure the camera/TOF on the front panel is not blocked or dirty. The optimal autofocus distance is 2.0-4.0m, horizontally ±20-30°.

9. Intelligent Screen Fit Failure
- Ensure the projector is positioned correctly so that the projected image extends beyond the edges of the projection screen.
- Ensure the projection screen has a colored border on all four sides so the projector can recognize the frame.
- Ensure the red frame pattern is inside the screen frame and is not blocked.
10. Remote Control Unresponsive
- Ensure the remote control is successfully paired via Bluetooth. If pairing is successful, the LED indicator will blink once when you press any button. When you press and hold a button, the LED indicator will remain lit.
- If pairing fails, the LED indicator will blink three times when you press any button. When you press and hold a button, the LED indicator will blink three times and then remain lit.
- Check if the power indicator is still lit without pressing any buttons. If so, check the status of the remote control buttons to ensure they are not stuck.
