1. Download and Install APP

Way 1:

• Android Device: Search for "HIDVCAM" in the Google App market to download and install the App.
• iOS Device: Search for "HIDVCAM" in the App Store to download and install the App.

Way 2: Scan the QR code to download "HIDVCAM". [? QR Code for App Download]

Introduction of LED Indicator:

• WIFI mode: The green and blue lights illuminate together. ??
• AP mode: The blue light illuminates, and the green light flashes slowly. ??
• Network cannot be found: The blue light illuminates, and the green light is off (Reset device). ?❌?
• The red lights up: Device is being charged. ?

Button Operations:

• ON/OFF: Press for 2 seconds to power on; press for 3 seconds to power off. ?/?
• MODE: Press for 3 seconds to reset the device (or press "RESET" if no "MODE" button is available). ⚙️ [Reset]

Registry and Login:

1. Open the APP "HIDVCAM".
2. Register your membership via WeChat, Facebook, Twitter, Line, or Email. ?

2. AP Mode Connection

1. Turn on the camera: Press "ON/OFF" for 2 seconds. In about 10 seconds, the blue light will be bright, and the red light will flash slowly. ??
2. Go to the Wi-Fi setting page on your mobile device and connect to the Wi-Fi network named "IPC-XXXXX". ?
3. Open the "HIDVCAM" app. Refresh the device list, and you should see the connected camera. ?
4. Click on the device. Set a password for the device on the first use, then you can view the camera feed on the APP. ??

3. Router Mode Connection (Remote Viewing)

1. Open the app, go to the device list, click [Settings] ⚙️, then [Network Settings] ?. Choose an available Wi-Fi network from the list and input the corresponding password. Click OK.
2. After the camera connects to the router, refresh the app page. Wait for about 30 seconds for the camera status to show as "online". Then, click the camera feed and enter the password to view the camera remotely. ?

4. APP Function Introduction

• Device ID: Unique identifier for the camera.
• Online: Displays the current status of the device.
• Cloud: Access to cloud storage features. ☁️

• Alarm: One-click to turn ON/OFF device alarms. ?

5. Interface Introduction

6. Settings

1. Device Authorization: Input different user IDs and share the device to others. ?
2. Device Name: You can name the device as you wish (e.g., "college", "farm"). ?️
3. Password setting: You can modify the password if required. ?
4. Network setting: Set up the device to connect to the Internet. ?
5. Alarm setting: Configure motion detection and alarm sound settings. ?
6. Recording settings: Set the resolution and the mode of records (Motion detection record / Regular record mode). ?
7. Time setting: Synchronize the time between the APP and your Phone. ⏰
8. Language setting: Choose the preferred language for the app. ?️
9. Static IP setting: You can set a static IP address for the device. ?
10. Firmware version: Check whether the firmware is in the latest version. ⬆️

7. Cloud Storage

1. Click {Cloud} ☁️ to enter the cloud storage page.
2. Subscribe to the service you require.
3. Once subscribed, the device starts cloud storage recording.
4. Enable/Disable: Start or stop cloud recording.
5. Expand service: Renew your subscription.
6. Cloud recording: Watch the video stored in your cloud. ?
7. Subscribe / unsubscribe cloud: Purchase or cancel cloud service.

8. Device Share

You can share your camera to others, such as relatives, friends, or colleagues, and set specific user permissions for the shared camera.

1. Click "Settings" ⚙️ to enter the setting interface.
2. Click on "Authorization Settings".
3. Obtain the User ID of the person you wish to share with. Note: Share users must download the "HIDVCAM" app and log in after installation, then click the "Me" button.
4. After obtaining a user ID, input it on the authorization interface and click "Search" ?.
5. An authorization confirmation interface will pop up. Select the desired permissions to be shared and click "Confirm" ✔️. Device sharing is finished successfully when the authorized user information is displayed in the user list.
