Download and Install the HIDVCAM App

For Android phones, search for "HIDVCAM" through the Google Play Store and download and install it. For iPhones, search for "HIDVCAM" through the App Store to download and install.

Camera Indicator Light Status

• Near-field AP hotspot mode: Blue light is on constantly and green light is flashing slowly (device is not connected to the network).
• Remote networking mode: Both blue and green lights are on constantly (device is connected to the network).
• Network detection issue: Blue light is on constantly and green light is off (cannot detect network. Check if the network is normal).

Key Functions

ON/OFF key: Power on and off. Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on when in shutdown state. Press and hold for 3 seconds to power off when in working mode.

Reset (R) key: Press and hold for 5 seconds to restore factory settings. For models without an R key, press the MODE key.

User Registration and Login

Open the installed HIDVCAM and register and log in. Support registration and login with Facebook, Twitter, Line, and email. (For a better experience, please allow the permissions required by the APP.)

Using the Camera Without a Wi-Fi Network

Open phone settings >>> Select the wireless network starting with "IPC" for connection >>> After the connection is completed, open HIDVCAM >>> Pull down to refresh the camera list.

Cloud Storage

To ensure that your recorded videos are not lost, it is recommended that you activate the cloud storage function.

• Cloud videos can be viewed in the APP's playback. Videos cannot be stolen.
• Cloud recording triggered by dynamics. Real-time intelligent monitoring.
• Data is encrypted and uploaded to ensure the security of video files.
• Unlimited storage space.
