Comelit KVU8509: 1-Way IP (VIP) System Kit
The Comelit KVU8509 is a comprehensive 1-way kit for the IP (VIP) system, designed for single-family installations in homes, commercial properties, or offices. This kit integrates advanced audio/video capabilities with smart features accessible via the Comelit App.
Kit Overview
This kit provides a complete solution for secure and convenient communication at the entrance. It allows users to answer calls, view visitors, and control door locks remotely via their smartphone or tablet when used with the Comelit App. The system supports local and remote access, and the sharing of virtual keys.
Components Included
- UT8020 - Ultra IP Audio/Video Module: Features a wide-angle color video camera (160° horizontal, 90° vertical) with LED for night vision, an omnidirectional digital microphone, and dual loudspeakers. It includes a twilight sensor for automatic nameplate backlighting and supports up to two call buttons. The module is designed for flush or surface mounting.
- UT9172 - Wall Housing for 2 Ultra Modules: A surface-mounted housing made of die-cast aluminum with a cataphoresis treatment for enhanced resistance to corrosion. It provides a 35mm protrusion from the wall.
- UT9279M - Ultra Numerical Keypad Module: A module with a number keypad for direct user calling via a known code. It also functions for access control, allowing for permanent, metered, or time-limited access codes. It features an event log and a Wiegand output.
- 1456B - Multi-User Gateway for ViP System: This gateway enables video entry phone calls to ViP internal units, smartphones, and tablets via the Comelit App, or to GSM/landline telephones with a SIP provider subscription. It requires an internet connection and supports multiple licenses (Master, Slave, Phone) for managing apartments.
- 1456B/M1 - Single Master License for 1456B: A USB key providing a single master license for the 1456B gateway.
- 1441B - 30W VIP System Power Supply Unit: A power supply unit with 110-240 VAC input and 48 VDC output, designed for DIN rail mounting.
