  • Clean only with a dry cloth.
  • Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  • Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. When the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
  • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
  • Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  • Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  • Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
  • Use only with a cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.

Additional Warnings and Precautions

  • Mains plug is used as disconnect device and it should remain readily operable during intended use. In order to disconnect the apparatus from the mains completely, the mains plug should be disconnected form the mains socket outlet completely.

  • Caution and marking information is located at the rear or bottom of the apparatus.
  • ⚠️ WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this apparatus to rain, moisture, dripping, or splashing.
  • Objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall not be placed on the apparatus.
  • ? CAUTION: Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified may result in hazardous radiation exposure.

  • ⚠️ WARNING: Do not place this unit directly onto furniture surfaces with any type of soft, porous, or sensitive finish. As with any rubber compound made with oils, the feet could cause marks or staining where the feet reside. We recommend using a protective barrier such as a cloth or a piece of glass between the unit and the surface to reduce the risk of damage and/or staining.
  • ⚠️ WARNING: Use of this unit near fluorescent lighting may cause interference regarding use of the remote. If the unit is displaying erratic behavior move away from any fluorescent lighting, as it may be the cause.
  • ? CAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
  • Battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
  • Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
  • If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Completely replace all old batteries with new ones.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc) batteries.
  • Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.

Power

Plug the power adapter for the soundbar into the DC Input on the back of the soundbar and a standard wall outlet.

Speaker Controls

  • Power/Source: Press to power the unit ON. Press and hold to power the unit OFF. Press to switch audio source to Bluetooth and Line In modes.
  • Volume: Press to adjust volume.
  • Pair: Press to manually begin Bluetooth pairing (BLUETOOTH MODE).
  • Aux In: 3.5mm audio input.

Connecting Devices

Connecting the Satellite Speakers

Connect each satellite speaker to the two satellite speaker inputs on the rear of the sound bar. Note: If there is no sound from satellite speakers, please make sure the sub and satellite speakers are correctly connected.

Connecting the Subwoofer

Connect the subwoofer to the output labeled "Sub Out" on the rear of the sound bar. NOTE: To reduce unwanted vibration, try place the subwoofer on a solid or padded surface, such as the floor or carpet.

Initial Bluetooth Connection and Playing Audio

  1. When first powered ON the unit defaults to Bluetooth mode. A voice will say, "Bluetooth," and the LED indicator will quickly flash blue. When pairing, remain within 3 feet of the Bluetooth device.
  2. Using the controls on your Bluetooth device, select ITBSW241 in the Bluetooth Settings Menu to pair. If need be, refer to the user's manual for your specific device for more information.
  3. When successfully paired, a voice will announce, "Bluetooth is connected," and the LED indicator will turn solid blue. Audio from the connected Bluetooth device will now be heard through the speaker.
  4. Use the controls on the connected Bluetooth device to select and play audio. Use the speaker controls or the connected Bluetooth device to play, pause, and adjust the volume level.
  5. After initial pairing, anytime the speaker powers ON it will automatically connect to the last Bluetooth device used. Note: If your device should become unpaired or you find it is unable to connect, press and hold the Play button (on remote), or Pair button (sound bar) to enter to Pairing Mode. A voice will announce, "Bluetooth is connecting," and you can connect to the speaker manually.

Note: This sound bar has a last-function-used memory; it will resume using the last mode before it was turned OFF after it is turned ON again.

Troubleshooting

If the sound bar should become unpaired or will not connect normally, follow these steps in your device's Bluetooth Settings Menu.

  • Delete the sound bar ("Forget This Device").
  • Turn Bluetooth OFF, then ON again, and repeat the Initial Bluetooth Connection steps.

Aux In

Requires a 3.5mm audio cable (included).

  1. Connect the 3.5mm to RCA cable to the 3.5mm Aux In on the sound bar and the other end into your TV or other device.
  2. Power ON the sound bar and press Source on the sound bar or Aux on the remote to select Aux In Mode. A voice will announce the source mode and the indicator will turn green.
  3. Use the controls on the connected device to select and play audio. Be sure the volume on your connected device is audible when you begin playing.

Functions & Controls

  • Power: Press to turn the unit on or off. ?
  • Bluetooth: Press to switch to Bluetooth Mode.
  • Aux: Press to switch to Aux In mode. ?
  • Mute: Press to mute the volume. The indicator on the sound bar will flash. Press and hold to reset treble and bass to default level. ?
  • Music: Press to switch to the EQ optimized for music. Press and hold Music for 5 seconds to turn voice prompts ON/OFF. ?
  • Movie: Press to switch to the EQ optimized for movies. ?
  • Dialog: Press to switch to the EQ optimized for dialogue. ?
  • Skip: In Bluetooth mode, press to skip forward or back one track. ⏪⏩
  • Play/Pause: In Bluetooth Mode, press to play or pause audio tracks. Press and hold to pair to a Bluetooth device. ▶️⏸️
  • Treble: Press to adjust the treble up or down. [treble control]
  • Bass: Press to adjust the bass up or down. [bass control]
  • Volume +/-: Press to adjust the volume. ?
