Key Information

The Internal Amplification Control is intended for colony confirmation procedures, particularly when using shortened PCR cycler programs with Hygiena Diagnostics' real-time PCR LyoKits. It ensures reliable results by serving as an internal control template.

Kit Contents:

• 3 microcentrifuge tubes, each containing 700 µL reagent

Storage and Stability:

The product is guaranteed to be stable through the expiration date printed on the label when stored correctly at 2 to 8 °C.

Protocol Overview:

Use 20 µL per LyoKit reaction. Add 5 µL of bacterial cells (colony) suspended in microproof Suspension Buffer (Product No. KIT230178). Run with a shortened PCR program (e.g., 30 cycles). Refer to the respective LyoKit manual for the full colony confirmation protocol.
