Install the Remote Control Battery
Remove the battery cover. Install 4 AAA batteries (not included) according to polarity markings. Replace the cover.
Notes:
- Remote control uses 4 "AAA" non-rechargeable or rechargeable batteries (not included).
- Pay attention to battery polarity.
- Do not mix battery types or conditions.
- Remove and dispose of used batteries properly.
- Remove batteries if not using for a long time to prevent leakage.
Synchronize the Drone with the Remote Control
Step 1: Insert the battery into the drone. Press and hold the drone's power button for two seconds to turn it on. The indicator light flashes quickly, then slowly. Place the drone on a horizontal surface.
Step 2: Turn on the remote control. The indicator lights on both the remote and drone will become solid, indicating successful synchronization.
Tips: Long-press the speed control button and turn on the remote control simultaneously to switch joysticks (left joystick becomes direction, right becomes throttle - right-hand mode).
Notes:
- Once synchronized, re-synchronization is not needed unless the drone or controller is changed.
- Ensure only one remote controller and drone are powered on simultaneously during synchronization to avoid failure.
Drone Initialization Detection & Calibration
Initialization Detection
After synchronization, the drone performs an 8-second initialization detection on a horizontal surface.
Gyro Calibration
After successful synchronization and initialization, keep the drone on a level surface. Push both joysticks 45° to the lower right corner simultaneously. The drone's front and back indicators will flash quickly, indicating calibration. The lights will turn solid upon completion.
Notes:
- Perform gyro calibration on a level surface for balanced flight.
- Perform gyro calibration before each takeoff.
Compass Calibration
After synchronization, initialization, and gyro calibration, compass calibration can begin. This is mandatory before each takeoff for normal flight.
Step 1: Horizontal Calibration: Press the compass calibration button. Spin the drone counterclockwise horizontally about 3 times until the remote control beeps and the rear indicator light stays on.
Step 2: Vertical Calibration: Erect the drone. Rotate the fuselage clockwise about 3 times until the remote control beeps and the rear indicator light stays on.
Notes:
- Calibrate at least 1 meter above the ground.
- Avoid areas with strong magnetic fields (e.g., magnetite, parking lots, power towers).
- Do not carry ferromagnetic materials (keys, phones) during calibration. Avoid calibration near bulk metal.
Search Satellite Signals
After compass calibration, place the drone on flat ground. It will automatically search for satellite signals. The rear indicator light will change from slow flashing to steady, and the remote control will beep upon completion.
Unlock and Takeoff
Push the left joystick to 45° left and the right joystick to 45° right simultaneously. The motors will spin. Push the throttle stick up to take off.
Tips: Ensure the drone flies in an open space and the app shows more than 7 satellite stars before takeoff.

Gesture Recognition
Face the front camera. Gestures can trigger automatic photos or videos.
- ? Yeah Gesture: Make a "Yeah" gesture with one hand about 2 meters in front of the camera. The drone will count down 3 seconds and take a photo.
- ✋ Palm Gesture: Make a fist with your palm facing the camera about 2 meters away. The drone will start recording video. Making the gesture again will stop recording (minimum 3 seconds between recognitions).
Tips for Recognition Rate:
- Aim at the lens.
- Fly in well-lit environments.
- Perform gestures about 2 meters from the lens.
Factors Decreasing Recognition:
- Weak light or backlight.
- Weak or interfered WiFi signal.
Flight Modes
The drone supports 4 flight modes:
- Self-stability mode: Drone hovers and maintains stable flight; controlled by joystick.
- Waypoint mode: Fly along a user-defined route by setting waypoints.
- Follow me mode: In GPS mode outdoors, the drone follows the mobile device's coordinates. Indoors, it recognizes and follows a person.
- Surround mode: The drone circles around the remote control.
Waypoint Mode Details
Set waypoints by drawing lines on the map. You can set waypoint parameters like height, residence time, and speed.
Diagram: Shows waypoint menu and parameter setting interface.
Operations: Set waypoints, delete single or all waypoints, send route to drone. Pressing Self-stabilizing mode exits Waypoint mode.
MV Interface
Access the MV Interface from the main screen (tap icon in the upper left corner). Here you can record videos and add background music.

Settings
Controller Modes: Mode 1 (throttle right), Mode 2 (throttle left).
Calibration: Accelerometer calibrate (Gyro calibration), Magnetometer calibrate (Compass Calibration).
Waypoint/Orbit Mode: Drone will automatically ascend to a default height. Do not set altitude too high.
Warning: Factory parameters are pre-set. Modifying them is generally not recommended.
Basic Flight
Flight Steps
- Synchronize remote control and drone. Drone initializes automatically.
- Perform Gyro Calibration.
- Download the APP and pair the drone via WiFi.
- Perform Compass Calibration.
- Wait for satellite signals (app shows >7 stars, drone rear light steady).
- Unlock drone and push throttle stick up to take off. Control via APP.
Pre-Flight Inspection
- Ensure remote control and drone batteries are fully charged.
- Ensure blades are installed correctly.
- Ensure motors function correctly.
- Confirm successful compass calibration.
- Ensure GPS signal is >7 stars.
Flight Control
Remote Control Functions:
- Drone Rise/Decline: Use throttle joystick.
- Go ahead/Back: Use direction joystick.
- Front/Back: Drone moves forward/backward.
- Spin Clockwise/Counterclockwise: Drone rotates.
- Turn left/right: Drone turns.
Flight Modes
- One key take off ✈️: After unlocking, press the button. Drone takes off and hovers at approx. 1.5 meters.
- Surround mode ?: Drone flies 20m+ high. Press the surround button. Drone turns north. Push direction joystick left for counterclockwise circle, right for clockwise. Adjust circle radius by pushing joystick up (expand) or down (reduce). Press surround button again to exit. Drone accelerates up to 2.5m/s. Max radius approx. 20m, min radius approx. 5m.
- Headless Mode ?: Drone should be 5m high. Press the headless mode button. Rear indicator flashes quickly, remote beeps. Press again to exit.
- Return ↩️: The drone has return functions (One-key return, Out of control return, Low power return). The starting point is recorded when GPS signal strength is >7 stars for the first time.
Return Functions Details
- One-key return ↩️: Press the button. Drone returns to the starting point. User can control the drone with the joystick to avoid obstacles during return. Press the button again to exit automatic flight and regain control.
- Out of control return: If the remote control signal is lost for >6 seconds (and GPS >7 stars, compass working), the drone automatically returns to the starting point. Signal restoration allows user control via the one-key return button.
- Low power return: When drone voltage is low (rear indicator flashes slowly, remote beeps continuously), the drone automatically returns if flying higher than 20m or farther than 20m. It will land and lock at the starting point if GPS signal is lost.
Precautions for Return:
- Drone cannot dodge obstacles during automatic return.
- Return functions require good GPS signal.
- If GPS signal is poor or lost, and remote signal is lost, the drone will descend, land, and lock.
- Low Power Return Note: The remote control cannot cancel a low power return.
Take Photo / Record Video
Adjust camera angle using the camera up/down buttons. Pressing the camera button takes a photo (remote beeps, app shows "KA"). Long-press the video button to start recording (remote beeps twice). Long-press again to stop.
