Operation Guide
Switch on/off
To turn on: Long press the power button (?) for about 2 seconds. The blue light (?) will be on for 2 seconds.
To turn off: Long press the power button (?) for about 3 seconds. The red light (?) will be on for 2 seconds, and the headset will turn off.
Note: The headset will shut down automatically in 10 minutes when there is no connection.
Bluetooth Pairing Connection
Pairing process:
- When the phone is turned off, long press the power button (?) for about 5 seconds to turn on the headset. The blue (?) and red (?) lights will flash alternately, indicating the headset is in pairing state.
- If no connection is successful after power on, it will automatically enter the pairing state.
- When the headset is disconnected, it will automatically enter the pairing state.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of your device, search for the Bluetooth headset, and select "EKSA-H16" for pairing.
- After successful connection, the headset will prompt "Connected", and the blue light (?) will flash once every 10 seconds. The device will display that the Bluetooth headset is connected.
Notes:
- To connect a new device, disconnect the Bluetooth connection from the current device first. The headset will enter pairing state, then use the new device to search and connect.
- Each time the headset is turned on, it will automatically search for and connect to the nearest previously connected device.
- To clear all pairing information, press and hold the volume up (➕) and volume down (➖) keys simultaneously for 5 seconds. The red (?) and blue (?) lights will flash once. After clearing, you will need to re-pair with previous devices.
USB Adapter Connection
PC Connection:
- Insert the USB adapter into the computer. The adapter will start up and display "EKSA PC Adapter" on the computer. The blue LED (?) of the adapter will slowly flash, indicating pairing state.
- Turn on the headset. The headset and adapter will automatically connect successfully.
Note: A computer can connect via Bluetooth and USB adapter simultaneously. Select the audio driver accordingly: "EKSA-H16" for Bluetooth, and "EKSA PC Adapter" for USB adapter connection.
After successful connection, the headset blue light (?) flashes once every 10 seconds, and the adapter blue light (?) remains on.
Audio Settings:
Windows®:
Audio Settings: Go to [Control Panel] -> [Hardware and Sound] -> [Sound] -> [Playback]. Select "[EKSA PC Adapter (Set as Default Device)]". ✔️
Microphone Settings: Go to [Control Panel] -> [Hardware and Sound] -> [Sound] -> [Recording]. Select "[EKSA PC Adapter (Set as Default Device)]". ✔️
macOS:
Go to [System Preferences] -> [Sound]. For [Input] and [Output], select "[EKSA PC Adapter]". ✔️
One to Two Bluetooth Connection
The headset supports simultaneous connection of two devices via Bluetooth. Steps:
- First, connect the headset to Device A via Bluetooth pairing, then turn off Device A. The headset enters pairing mode.
- Open Device B and connect to the headset via Bluetooth search pairing.
- Turn on Device A again and connect through Device A. The headset will now be connected to both Device A and Device B simultaneously.
Note: When connected to two devices, only one device's audio will play at a time. To use the other device, the currently active device may need to be suspended.

Charging
Low Battery Reminder: When the headset battery is low, a voice reminder "Low Battery please charge" will be given every 3 minutes. The red light (?) will flash once every 5 seconds.
Charging: Plug in the USB Type-C charging cable (?). The headset will reset and turn off automatically. The red light (?) is always on when charging. The blue light (?) is always on when fully charged.
FAQ
Q1: The microphone or headset has no sound, or the sound is low
- Check headset connection to the device as per the manual. Use the device to talk or listen to music.
- Confirm microphone and speaker are not muted and volume is adjusted appropriately.
- Set the audio driver correctly: Select "EKSA-H16" for Bluetooth or "EKSA PC Adapter" for USB adapter connection.
- Try another device or USB jack to confirm functionality.
Q2: The headset does not power on/work/do not recognize
- Refer to the manual, connect the headset and computer correctly, and ensure good contact.
- Check headset power supply and ensure it can be switched on/off normally.
- Check headphone and computer connectors for dirt. Keep connectors clean to prevent poor contact.
- Try another device or USB jack to confirm functionality.
