Thank you for choosing the FILA Smart Band F16. This manual provides information on setup, usage, and safety.
Important Information
The data provided by the smart watch (heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure) are indicative and not for medical use. Consult your doctor for health matters.
Skin Sensitivity and Care
Materials are selected for hypoallergenic measures, but some individuals may experience skin reactions. Monitor for redness, swelling, or itching. Avoid contact with chemicals like insect repellents, lotions, oils, perfumes, antiseptic gels, soaps, and sunscreens. Ensure the device and skin are dry before use. Do not wear too tight or too loose. Clean the device after training and allow it to dry. Remove the device periodically or switch wrists to prevent irritation.
Static Electricity
In dry environments, static electricity may occur. Use a humidifier or touch a grounded metal object to minimize risk. Avoid using the device in bed during sleep, especially for children and the elderly, due to potential static buildup from friction.
Device Maintenance
- Clean the smart watch regularly, especially the inner side, and keep it dry.
- Adjust the tightness for air circulation.
- Avoid excessive skincare products on the wrist.
- Cease wearing if skin allergy or discomfort occurs.
Downloading and Binding the APP
APP/APK: FILA S-WATCH
- Download the FILA S-WATCH app from the Apple Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code.
- Pairing the Smart Band with the APP: Do NOT pair directly via your phone's Bluetooth settings. If already paired, remove it from the list.
- Open the FILA S-WATCH app.
- Update personal details (gender, birth year, etc.) and grant all requested permissions.
- Press "To Add" or "Agregar" to link the watch.
- The phone will search for and display "BRAZ/16". Select it to pair.
- Once synchronized, your watch will display the local date and time.
App Interface:
The app allows you to set notifications, alarms, and background images. The "Others" section lets you configure time format, reminders, etc. The "My" screen lets you complete your profile and set objectives.
Notes:
- Connect only via the APP, not phone's BT settings.
- Personal data is used for calorie and distance calculations.
- Only one watch can be connected per APP.
- Data, time, and weather are transferred from the smartphone after connection.
- Time/date cannot be set manually.
Smart Band Operation
On/Off
Long press the button to turn the Smart Band ON/OFF.
Charging
Use the provided charging cable. The Smart Band needs approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
Connecting BT Call Audio
After connecting the Smart Band to the smartphone via the app, a pop-up will ask to connect the audio for BT calls. Confirm and accept to enable rejecting, answering, and making calls through the Smart Band.
Notifications
Activate notifications (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) for your Smart Band within the app.
Removing the Device from the APP
Follow the steps in the APP to remove the device. For iPhones, also go to Bluetooth settings and disconnect the device.
Smart Band Functions
BT Call Functionality
Ensure the "Telephone" option is set to ON in the Smart Band settings for making/receiving calls.
Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, and Blood Oxygen
Wear the Smart Band correctly on your wrist for accurate measurements. Note: This device is not an exact medical measurement device.
Messages
Slide up from the main screen to view received messages.
Sleep Monitoring
Wear the Smart Band on your wrist all night to monitor sleep. View data on the designated screen.
Sports and Steps
Select different sports modes to measure kilometers, steps, BPM, etc. View data on the corresponding screens.
Sound Settings (Settings Menu)
Telephone: Must be ON for calls. Audio: Must be ON to listen to smartphone movies/audio through the watch; set to OFF to prevent audio playback on the watch.
Other Functions
Includes music control, camera control, weather updates, alarms, stopwatch, and more, accessible via the Smart Band and the APP.

Guarantee
The SMART BAND F16 (BRAZ/16) has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Note: Battery capacity loss due to aging is considered normal wear and tear. For wear and tear parts like batteries, capacity loss is expected over time (e.g., 10% after 6 months, 20-30% after 15 months, 45% after 24 months). Any battery issues beyond normal aging will be inspected by technical service.
Wear and tear of parts like straps is not covered by the warranty.
Important Safety Information
- Handle with care; contains sensitive electronic components and batteries.
- Do not expose to extreme heat, liquids, or high-pressure environments.
- Do not use if damaged.
- Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.
- Charge only with approved adapters and cables.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact with the device when charging.
- Keep away from children (choking hazard).
- Medical Device Interference: The device emits electromagnetic fields that may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Maintain a safe distance and consult your doctor. Stop use if interference is suspected.

- Electrostatic Discharges: Minimize risk in dry environments by using a humidifier or touching a grounded metal object.
- Driving Information: Connector discoloration is normal due to use, dirt, and moisture.
