Weekly Cleaning & Care

WARNING: Before cleaning, always turn power off and unplug the unit from the outlet.

WARNING: DO NOT rinse the base under the faucet. To clean, wipe the base with a soft cloth.

WARNING: DO NOT use any solvents or aggressive cleaning agents. Keep water away from the air outlet.

WARNING: DO NOT tamper with the water sensor.

Regular maintenance is crucial for proper and efficient operation. Cleaning the tank every three days can prevent scale deposition and the growth of micro-organisms.

  1. Tank Cleaning: Clean the tank weekly. Remove the top, and wipe away scale with a soft cloth and rinse with clean water.
  2. Reservoir Cleaning: Clean the reservoir weekly. If there is any scale, wipe away with a soft cloth and rinse with clean water.
  3. Atomizer Cleaning: Gently remove any scale deposited on the atomizer surface with a small soft brush (not included) and rinse.

Diagram Description: Illustrations show the steps for cleaning the tank, reservoir, and atomizer. The atomizer cleaning involves a small brush.

To remove any scale or build-up in the Base or on the Ultrasonic Nebulizer, pour a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and lukewarm water onto the surface, then soak for five minutes. Note: Never submerge the base in water or any liquid.

About White Dust:

The use of high-mineral content water may cause a white mineral residue to accumulate on surfaces near the humidifier, commonly referred to as "White Dust". This is due to minerals suspended in the water and not a defect in the humidifier.

Storage

  1. Follow all cleaning instructions prior to storage.
  2. Dry all parts, including the inside of the Water Tank.
  3. Preferably store in its original box, in a dry place away from high temperatures.
  4. Follow all cleaning instructions after long periods of storage.
