Your watch features Mobile Link functionality, allowing it to communicate with Bluetooth® mobile phones to synchronize the watch's time with the mobile phone's time.

Setting the Time

1. In the timekeeping mode, press and hold button A. Release the button when the city name appears.
2. [SET] flashes and then the city name appears.
3. Press button D twice to display the time setting screen.
4. Press button D to move the flashing to the hour setting.
5. Use buttons B and C to change the setting.
6. Press button D to move the flashing to the minute setting.
7. Use buttons B and C to change the setting.
8. Press button D to move the flashing to the year setting.
9. Use buttons B and C to change the setting.
10. Press button D to move the flashing to the month setting.
11. Use buttons B and C to change the setting.
12. Press button D to move the flashing to the day setting.
13. Use buttons B and C to change the setting.
14. Press button A to exit the setting screen.

Note on seconds adjustment: Press button C to reset the seconds to 00. If the seconds are between 30 and 59, 1 is added to the minutes.

Using the Watch

Charging

Remove the watch from your wrist and place it in a well-lit location.

• The watch may become warm when left exposed to light during charging. Be careful not to burn yourself.
• Avoid charging the watch in very hot locations.

Power Saving

• If you leave the watch in a dark place for about one hour between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., the second hand will stop at the 12 o'clock position.
• If you leave the watch in a dark place for about a week, all hands will stop.

Battery Alerts

• Low Battery: The second hand jumps every two seconds (Low Battery Alert).
• Dead Battery: All hands stop.

Mode Selection

Pressing button C cycles through the modes as shown below.

• Press and hold button C for at least two seconds to enter the timekeeping mode.

Mode Diagram:

• Timekeeping Mode: Displays current time (e.g., NEW YORK 9:08:36).
• Alarm Mode: Displays alarm settings (e.g., AL1 12:00 OFF).
• Stopwatch Mode: Displays stopwatch readings (e.g., 00'00.000).
• Timer Mode: Displays timer settings (e.g., 0:10'00.0).
• Data Call Mode: Displays data call information (e.g., RECALL L01).

Accuracy at Normal Temperature

±15 seconds per month on average, when time adjustment via phone communication is not possible.

Analog Timekeeping

Hour, minutes (moves every 10 seconds), seconds.

• DAILY, 1TIME: Setting units: Hour, minutes.
• SCHEDULE: Setting units: Year, month, day, hour, minutes.

Mobile Link

• Automatic time correction: Time is automatically adjusted at preset times.
