Troubleshooting
Issue: I always press the Windows key while gaming.
Solution: Press the Fn key and the WIN key simultaneously to lock the WIN key and prevent accidental activations.

Within the warranty period, you are entitled to the following after-sales rights:
- Within 7 days of quality issues, according to the national "Three Guarantees" regulations, with intact product appearance and packaging, return the hardware to the place of purchase or Rapoo designated location. With valid proof of purchase, you will receive a refund of the hardware product payment.
- Within 60 days of product quality issues, you can go to the place of purchase or Rapoo designated location to replace the hardware product, or go to a Rapoo designated repair center for warranty service. The warranty period for the replaced hardware will be the remaining days of the warranty period.
- Within 1 year of product quality issues, you can go to a Rapoo designated repair center for warranty service.
Warranty Restrictions: This limited warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, improper operation, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
- Improper operation or maintenance, violation of product instructions during use, or connection to an inappropriate voltage source.
- Consumables not provided by Rapoo (such as spare batteries), unless such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
