The Arzum Trendcare AR 5079 Wag Styler is an advanced hair styling tool designed for creating beautiful waves. It features ceramic-coated plates for even heat distribution and protection, an LED display, temperature control, and safety features like automatic shut-off and a button lock function.

Product Components

The hair styler consists of the following main parts:

Ceramic Coated Plates

Automatic Shut-Off ⏱️

For safety, the device automatically turns off after 30 minutes of inactivity. To reactivate, press the on/off button.

Smart Timer ⏳

The smart timer provides an 8-second audible warning during styling, reminding you to move to a different section of hair for even results and to prevent overheating.

Button Lock Function ?

Approximately 8 seconds after switching on, the buttons automatically lock to prevent accidental changes. Press and hold the release button for 5 seconds to unlock.

Fast Heat-Up and Heat Recovery ?

The styler heats up quickly, reaching 160°C in 45 seconds and 200°C in 90 seconds. The heat recovery function ensures the plates quickly regain the set temperature if it drops during styling.

Instructions for Use

Preparing Your Hair

• Wash and comb your hair to remove knots.
• Dry your hair thoroughly and brush from roots to ends.
• Ensure hair is clean and free of any styling product residue (hairspray, gel, mousse).
• Divide your hair into sections for easier styling.

Styling Your Hair

1. Place the appliance on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug it in.
2. Turn on the device using the main on/off button.
3. The buttons will automatically lock after about 8 seconds. If needed, press and hold the release button for 5 seconds to unlock.
4. The device starts at 120°C. Use the temperature adjustment buttons to reach your desired temperature (120°C to 200°C). The display will show the temperature, and the indicator light will become fixed when the set temperature is reached.
5. Hold a section of hair and place it between the heated plates.
6. When you hear the 8-second smart timer warning, open the plates and slide them down the hair section to create the wave.
7. Repeat this process for all sections of your hair, starting from the nape of the neck and working towards the front.
8. After styling, turn off the device by pressing the on/off button.
9. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
10. Use the plate locking switch to secure the plates for storage.

Temperature Settings Guidance

• Low Heat Setting: For fine, medium-textured, or softy waved hair.
• High Heat Setting: For coarse, curly, or hard-to-straighten hair.
• For pale, blonde, bleached, or color-treated hair, use extra care and set the temperature to low heat.

Note: Allow hair to cool down completely before combing, brushing, or touching it, otherwise, the style may be deformed.

Cleaning and Care

• Ensure the appliance is turned off, unplugged, and completely cool before cleaning.
• ? NEVER immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Clean the heating plates with a slightly damp, soft cloth and then dry them.
• Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a dry cloth.
• Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or chemicals that could damage the plates or surface. Such damage is not covered by warranty.
• To store, use the plate locking switch to keep the plates together. Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.

Handling and Shipment

• During transport and shipment, keep the appliance in its original packaging to prevent damage.
• Keep the appliance in an upright position during transport.
• Do not drop the appliance or expose it to impacts.
• Damage occurring during transport after delivery is not covered by warranty.
