Centr products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Centr 2 Functional Trainer - Safety Notice

Precautions

This exercise machine is designed for maximum safety. However, you must take certain precautions when using exercise equipment. Ensure you read the entire manual before assembling and using your machine. Please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Consult a doctor before starting an exercise program.
  • Always keep children and pets away from the machine. Do not leave unsupervised children in the same room as the machine. Moving parts and wiring can cause serious injury or death if used incorrectly.
  • Never let children use selectorized strength training equipment. Supervise the use of equipment by individuals aged 13-17.
  • Only one person should use the machine at a time.
  • If you feel dizzy, nauseous, experience chest pain, or any other abnormal symptom, STOP exercising immediately. CONSULT A DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
  • Place the machine on a clear, level surface. For indoor use only. Do not use the machine near water or outdoors.
  • Keep hair, body, and clothing away from all moving parts.
  • Always wear appropriate workout attire when exercising. Do not wear a robe or other loose clothing that could get caught in the machine. Running or training shoes are also required.
  • Use the machine only for its intended purpose as described in this manual. Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Do not use the machine as a support during stretching or to tie and use straps, ropes, or other items for strength training not authorized by the manufacturer.
  • Do not place sharp objects around the machine.
  • People with disabilities should not use the machine without the supervision of a qualified person or a doctor.
  • Before using the machine for training, always perform warm-up exercises.
  • Inspect the machine, including cables, belts, chains, and their connections, before use. Do not use if the machine or any part is worn, damaged, or unusable.
  • The Centr 2 Functional Trainer is designed for home use only (Class H). Weight plates are not covered, meaning:
    • Only one person can use the Centr 2 at a time.
    • Ensure no one else is in the training area. Other people should remain at least 1.5 m (5 ft) away from the device.
    • After use, secure the machine to prevent unauthorized access.
    • Ensure the weight selector pin is fully inserted. Never lock weight stacks or the top plate in an elevated position. Never use the machine if it is in this state. To gradually increase weight, use only the provided progressive weight tools.

Centr 2 Functional Trainer - Assembly Instructions

Note: Before assembly, remove the nut and washer from the bolt.

Tools Required for Assembly: Allen Wrench #6 (47), Allen Wrench #5 (48), Wrenches #10 and #17 (49).

Step 1: Frame Assembly

A. Do not tighten nuts and bolts until instructed. Refer to the tools required list.

B. Connect the central vertical post (No. 4) to the right and left stations (No. 1 and No. 2).

C. Secure the lower horizontal part with M10 x 130 bolts (No. 41), M10 washers (No. 25), and M10 nuts (No. 24). Install the lower vertical part with M10 x 25 bolts (No. 20), M10 lock washers (No. 23), and M10 washers (No. 25).

D. Secure the upper horizontal part with M10 x 95 bolts (No. 42), M10 washers (No. 25), and M10 nuts (No. 24). Install the upper vertical part with M10 x 25 bolts (No. 20), M10 lock washers (No. 23), and M10 washers (No. 25).

E. Install the pull-up bar (No. 3). Tighten it with M10 x 25 bolts (No. 20), M10 lock washers (No. 23), and M10 washers (No. 25).

F. Tighten all installed bolts and nuts.

Step 2: Weight Stack and Pulley System

A. Install the guide bars (No. 7) into the frame. Secure them with M10 x 80 bolts (No. 18) and M10 washers (No. 25). Tighten all.

B. Install the rubber guards (No. 16) onto the guide bars (No. 7). Install 15 weight plates (No. 10) from the top of the guide bars (No. 7) to the rubber guards (No. 16). Ensure the cut-out label on the weight plate faces inward and the pads face down. Refer to the example illustration.

C. Remove pre-installed M10 x 20 bolts (No. 21), M10 lock washers (No. 23), and Ø 10 washers (No. 25) holding the guide bar support (No. 6). Slide the weight selection bar assembly (No. 8) onto the guide bars (No. 7). Install the weight stack pulley (No. 33) with the cable wound between the pulley and the U-shaped bracket (No. 31). Insert the cam bolt (No. 32) and secure it with an M10 washer (No. 25) and an M10 nut (No. 24).

D. Hold the weight selection bar assembly (No. 8) above the weight stack to install the guide bar clamp (No. 6) onto the guide bars (No. 7).

E. Press the guide bar clamp (No. 6) upwards onto the vertical support.

F. Tighten the clamp with M10 x 20 bolts (No. 21), M10 lock washers (No. 23), and M10 washers (No. 25).

G. Lower the weight selection bar to the top of the weight stack.

H. Check all cables to ensure they are on the pulley track.

I. Place the weight number labels (No. 26). Start with Number 1 on the weight selection bar.

J. Install the weight selection pin (No. 9) into the weight stack.

K. Lubricate the guide bars with the provided Super Lube or Lube.

L. Adjust cable tension by loosening and rotating the cam bolt (No. 32) until the weight selection bar assembly (No. 8) begins to lift slightly off the weight stack. Tighten the cam bolt nut to secure its position.

M. Repeat steps for the opposite side.

Step 3: Textile Covers and Logos

A. Install clamp (No. 34) onto textile covers 1, 2, 3 (No. 36, 37, 38). Install clamp (No. 35) onto textile covers 1, 2 (No. 36, 37). First, secure the top part with an M8 x 15 bolt (No. 39) and an M8 washer (No. 40), then screw in the lower clamp. Repeat for the opposite side.

B. Refer to the illustration for orientation.

C. Install the Centr logo plates (No. 5) on the top of the covers.

Step 4: Accessories and Final Touches

A. Install the tablet holder and secure it with an M6x75 mm bolt (No. 28), an M6 lock nut (No. 30), and M6 washers (No. 29). Tighten the parts.

B. Install accessory clamps (No. 43, No. 44) onto the central tube and secure them with M10x70 bolts (No. 19), M10 washers (No. 25), and M10 nuts (No. 24).

C. Store the wavy bar (No. 12) and the rope (No. 11) on the suspension mount, behind the upper cross support (No. 4). Hang the pull-up belt (No. 14) on the upper cross support (No. 4).

Centr 2 Functional Trainer - Maintenance

WARNING

DO NOT place extruded polystyrene or printed materials on the orthopedic seat cushions. Over time, these can adhere to the cushions and damage the surface.

DO NOT leave objects on the orthopedic seat cushions, as they have a special density that conforms to the shape of objects, and small objects leave marks on the surface that can be difficult to remove.

  • Periodically inspect cables for breaks, cracks, or fraying. Replace cables immediately at the first sign of damage or wear. Never use equipment with damaged or worn cables.
  • Cables naturally stretch over time. Therefore, periodically check their slack and adjust tension as needed.
  • Regularly inspect the product for loose structures.
  • Do not use or store the equipment outdoors.
  • Inspect pressure links, pivots, levers, and weight stack pins for wear or damage. If worn or damaged, replace only with Inspire Fitness parts.
  • Locate all home exercise equipment warning decals and familiarize yourself with them.
  • Replace any damaged or worn upholstery immediately.
  • Periodically clean guide bars with a dry cloth and reapply a thin layer of Teflon-based lubricant.

Centr Adjustable Folding Bench - User Manual

Safety Precautions

This exercise bench is designed for maximum safety. However, certain precautions must be taken when using exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before assembling or using your bench. Pay particular attention to the following safety precautions:

  • Always keep children and pets away from the bench.
  • The bench should be used by only one person at a time.
  • If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptom, STOP exercising immediately. Consult a doctor.
  • Position the bench on a clear, level surface. Do not use the bench outdoors.
  • Keep hands away from all moving parts.
  • Always wear appropriate workout attire during exercise. Running or aerobic shoes are also required when using the bench.
  • Use the bench only for its intended use, as described in this manual.
  • Individuals with disabilities should not use the bench without the assistance of a qualified person or a doctor.
  • Before using the bench, perform stretching exercises for a proper warm-up.
  • Do not use this bench if it is not functioning correctly.
  • The presence of an observer during exercise is recommended.
  • The maximum user weight on the bench is 136 kg / 300 lb. This means a single person's weight can be up to 136 kg / 300 lb. The total weight capacity the bench can support is 226.8 kg / 500 lb.

  • Regularly inspect the product for loose structures.

Centr Adjustable Folding Bench - Operation

This bench is designed for adult use only. Do not let children play with the bench. Exercise caution when adjusting the bench or training with it.

Folding/Unfolding Legs: Pull the spring-loaded pin to unfold or fold the legs. Ensure your hands are not in the pivot area. Make sure the spring-loaded pin is fully inserted into the locking holes after each adjustment.

Adjusting Backrest: Turn the locking lever under the cushion to release the backrest. Lift the head end of the backrest so that the free end of the support tube slides into a slot to reach the desired position. Before using the equipment, ensure the support tube is firmly in a slot.

When the folding bench is in a flat position, keep hands away from the pivot or closing area. Ensure the locking lever is engaged on the hitch pin before moving the equipment.
