Name and function of each part

- 1 Left button: Primary click button.
- 2 Right button: Secondary click button.
- 3 Wheel/Power indicator light: The LED blinks red ? when the battery level is low.
- 4 "Back" button: Operates the "Back" button on the Web browser.
- 5 "Forward" button: Operates the "Forward" button on the Web browser.
- 6 Trackball: Rotate using your fingertips to move the cursor.
- 7 Volume up: Increases audio volume.
- 8 Volume down: Decreases audio volume.
- 9 Previous track: Skips to the previous audio track.
- 10 Next track: Skips to the next audio track.
- 11 Play/pause: Controls media playback.
- 12 Power Switch: Turns the device on or off.
- 13 Pointer speed change button: Switches cursor movement speed between three stages (500 dpi, 1000 dpi, 1500 dpi). The current stage is indicated by the number of LED blinks (1️⃣ blink for 500 dpi, 2️⃣ blinks for 1000 dpi, 3️⃣ blinks for 1500 dpi).
- 14 Battery cover: Covers the battery compartment.
- 15 Optical sensor: Located on the reverse side of the ball, tracks movement.
- 16 Ball removal hole: Allows removal of the trackball for cleaning.
- 17 Battery-storage compartment: Holds the batteries.
- 18 Receiver unit: Small USB device that communicates wirelessly with the mouse.
- 19 Strap hole: For attaching a strap.
- 20 USB connector (male): Connects the receiver unit to a PC.
Insert the batteries

- Remove the battery cover.
- Insert the batteries as instructed, ensuring correct orientation (+ and - terminals).
- Re-attach the battery cover to its original state.
Turning the Power On

- Slide the power switch on the side of the product to the ON position (slide to the left to reveal the blue indicator ?).
- The power indicator light will light up red ? for a period of time.
- When the remaining battery is low, the LED blinks red ? for a fixed time.
Power-saving mode: When the mouse is left untouched for a fixed period while the power is ON, it automatically shifts to power-saving mode. The mouse is released from power-saving mode when it is touched. Mouse operation may be unstable for a few seconds after returning from power-saving mode.
Connecting to a PC

- Start the PC.
- Insert the receiver unit into the PC's USB port ?.
- The driver will be automatically installed, and you will then be able to use the mouse.
Important Notes:
- Ensure the correct orientation and insertion location of the connector.
- If you feel strong resistance when inserting the USB connector, check that the shape and orientation are correct. Using excessive force may damage the connector and cause injury.
- Do not directly touch the terminal area of the USB connector.
Mouse Assistant
Download "ELECOM Mouse Assistant" from the ELECOM website to use its button assignment and high-speed scrolling functions.
How to clean the trackball

- Remove the battery cover.
- Use a thin rounded stick to push the ball from behind. Do not use a sharp and pointed end.
- Use a cotton bud or similar to remove the dust accumulated on the three contact surfaces of the red ball ?.
When cleaning around the optical sensor, take care not to damage the sensor.
