FAQ
- Q: How is the battery level indicated? How can I tell if the mouse is running out of battery?
- A: The mouse has three white battery indicator lights. Three lights indicate a full battery, two lights indicate about half battery remaining, and one light blinking indicates low battery and requires charging.
- Q: What is the small rectangular adapter included under the USB cable in the packaging box for?
- A: This adapter can be used as an extension cable for the receiver when combined with the USB cable and 2.4G receiver. Connect the USB cable to the computer, the TYPE-C end to the adapter, and the receiver to the other end of the adapter to position the receiver close to the mouse for a more stable signal in 2.4G mode.
- Q: Why is the light on the bottom of the mouse not on?
- A: The light on the bottom of the mouse is an infrared light, which is not visible to the naked eye.
- Q: Why does it stop responding after a while?
- A: The mouse enters low-power mode after 5 minutes of inactivity in 2.4G or Bluetooth mode. Press any key on the mouse to wake it up.
- Q: Do I need to download the macro driver separately? How do I download it?
- A: You can download the driver from the product details page or the official website: https://www.inphic.com/pages/product-drivers-manuals. After downloading, you can set up macro operations. Please be cautious as using the macro driver may pose a risk of being banned. The driver is only for Windows series operating systems. The image displays the macro definition driver page.
Macro Driver Interface Description: The driver interface allows for customization of button assignments, DPI settings, lighting effects (color, speed, mode), and macro parameter configuration.
