Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT! Ensure that you have both a Connex Spot Monitor and an approved stand before proceeding with assembly.
The following parts are required for assembly:
- Connex Spot Monitor (not included in this kit)
- Approved Desk Stand
- Power Adapter
- Screws (Type A) x 2
- Screws (Type B) x 4
- Batteries (for monitor)
- NIBP Hose/Cuff
- SpO2 Sensor/Cable
- SureTemp Sensor/Cable (optional)
- Braun Thermometer Sensor/Cable (optional)
Step 1: Attach Stand Base
Align the stand base with the mounting points on the back of the Connex Spot Monitor. Secure the base using two Type A screws (? x 2).

Step 2: Insert Batteries
Open the battery compartment on the Connex Spot Monitor. Insert batteries (?) as indicated by the polarity markings (+/-). Close the battery compartment.

Step 3: Mount Monitor onto Stand
Place the Connex Spot Monitor onto the assembled stand base. Secure the monitor to the stand using four Type B screws (? x 4).

Step 4: Connect Power and Charge
Connect the power adapter cable to the designated port on the monitor. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The monitor will begin charging. Allow approximately 2 hours (⏱️ 2h) for a full charge.

Step 5: Connect Sensors
Connect the necessary patient sensors to the appropriate ports on the Connex Spot Monitor:
- Connect the NIBP hose/cuff to the NIBP port.
- Connect the SpO2 sensor/cable to the SpO2 port.

Step 6: Connect Optional Accessories
6a: SureTemp® Thermometer
Connect the SureTemp sensor/cable to the designated port on the monitor.

6b: Braun Thermometer
Connect the Braun thermometer sensor/cable to the designated port on the monitor. Follow the specific instructions for the Braun thermometer accessory.
