The SONOFF Dongle Plus MG24 is a versatile Zigbee USB coordinator powered by the high-performance EFR32MG24 chip. It serves as a Zigbee gateway for smart home platforms such as Home Assistant, openHAB, and Zigbee2MQTT, enabling local control of all your Zigbee devices. Additionally, it can be easily flashed with alternative firmware like Zigbee Router, OpenThread RCP, or MultiPAN RCP using the SONOFF Dongle Flasher tool, allowing it to fulfill various roles within your smart home ecosystem.

Usage Instructions

USB Cable Extension

For optimal placement and signal reception, it is recommended to use a USB extension cable. This allows you to position the dongle away from potential interference sources and closer to your Zigbee devices.

Antenna Rotation

The dongle's antenna has a limited rotation range, recommended to be within 180°. Do not force the antenna if resistance is encountered, as excessive force may damage it. ? Note: Max 180° rotation.

• Ensure proper ventilation; do not cover the appliance with items like newspapers, tablecloths, or curtains.
