LED Current Selection

The output current can be set using DIP switches. Ensure the driver is powered off before setting the current. Power on the driver again for the setting to take effect. Failure to power off may damage the light fixture.

Example: For LEDs with 3V per piece, a 9-42V output voltage range can power 3-14 LEDs in series. The maximum number of LEDs in series depends on the actual LED voltage.

Wiring Diagram

DALI Connection Mode:

AC Input: Connect Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires to the primary side terminals.

DALI Bus: Connect DALI control wires to the 'DA' terminals on the secondary side.

LED Output: Connect the LED module's positive (+) terminal to 'LED+', negative (-) terminal to 'LED-', and common (-) terminal to 'LED-C'.

Recommended wire diameter for AC input and DALI: 0.75-1.5 mm² (22-16 AWG).

Recommended wire diameter for LED output: 0.5-1.5 mm² (22-16 AWG).

Strip length for all connections: 4.5mm-5mm.

The driver supports CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) adjustment from 2500K to 6000K, maintaining consistent brightness.

The driver can connect loads up to twice its rated power, and for 12W drivers, it can support 12W x 2 channels, with the total power of both channels not exceeding 12W.

Protective Housing Installation

The following steps describe how to install the protective housing:

  1. Pry up the protective housing on the side plate position with a tool.
  2. Pry up the side edge of the tension plate with a tool to remove it.
  3. Use a screwdriver to connect electrical wires as shown in the wiring diagram.
  4. Press down the tension plate to fix the electrical wires.
  5. Close the protective housing.
