Product Configuration
The smart plug features an LED indicator light for status.
Visual Description: The smart plug is a white, rectangular device designed to fit into a standard wall outlet. It has two US-style electrical sockets on the front. On the side, there is a single button labeled "ON/OFF Button". A small LED indicator light is located near the button.

Switch Pairing Mode
BLE → ZigBee
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button, then insert the Smart Plug into an outlet until the green light is ON.
- Release the button, then press the button immediately. The LED light will flash in red, indicating that your Smart Plug is in ZigBee mode.
ZigBee → BLE
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button, then insert the Smart Plug into an outlet until the red light is ON.
- Release the button, then press the button immediately. The LED light will alternately flash in green and red, indicating that your Smart Plug is in BLE mode.
Factory Reset
After your Smart Plug is powered on, press and hold the ON/OFF button for more than 10 seconds until the LED light flashes, indicating that your Smart Plug is in pairing mode. (The mode will not change during a factory reset.)
Setting Up Your Smart Plug
Pair with Compatible Echo Devices
- Select an outlet near your Echo Device.
- Power on your Smart Plug.
- Put your Smart Plug into pairing mode by pressing and holding the button for more than 10 seconds, until the light flashes.
- Say, "Alexa, discover my devices."
ZigBee Mode: Work with Eero 6, Eero 6 Pro, SmartThings 2015/2018, and Third Reality Hub/Smart Speaker
- Set up your ZigBee hub by following its user guide.
- Put your Smart Plug into pairing mode by pressing and holding the button for more than 10 seconds, until the light flashes.
- Follow the instructions in the corresponding app to complete the setup.
Using Your Smart Plug
To control the device using voice commands, say, "Alexa, turn on/off First Plug."
