Operating Control Panel

Note: If the control panel is used for the first time, please reset the system before any normal operation.

E01Overload has occurred. Remove the items from the desktop.E10Collision avoidance system has activated. Remove all the objects within the range of motion. •The control box isn't placed well. Please make sure the control box is properly attached to the desk frame as the instruction manual or placed well on the even surface.
E02/HOTSystem Overheating. Stop operating and allow your desk to remain idle for approximately 9 minutes.E12/E13The power cords have pulled the control box. Manage the cables and keep them from pulling the control box. Electrical problem has occurred. Plug out the power and re-plug.
E03Desk move in wrong direction. Check the connection or replace the motor cords.E14Short circuit. Replace the control box.
E04The columns don't go together. Reset the system.E15Reset failure. Check and replace the columns.
E05Cords may be broken. Check the connection or replace the motor cords.E18Electrical problem has occurred. Plug out the power and re-plug. If it doesn't work, replace the control box.
E06Collision avoidance system has activated. Remove all the objects within the range of motion.E19The reset process is interrupted. Strictly follow the instruction to reset the system. Keep pressing and hold the up and down buttons until the process is done.
E08The control panel is disconnected. Check the connection. Plug out the power and re-plug.E22Collision avoidance system failure. Replace the control box.

Custom Programming Guide

Button Function:

Step 1: PreparingPress "UP"/"Down" ⬆️⬇️ to set your desired height.When the display is flashing the Current Minimal Height Limit: Press "M" and the Current Maximum Height Limit (123 by default) is displayed. Press "UP"/"Down" ⬆️⬇️ to set your desired height. (Note: For display range reason, the display will not count the number immediately as you press the up and down buttons under the setting of metric system.)Press "M" for twice and the Current Anti-Collision Sensitivity (CC) by default) is displayed. Press "UP"/"Down" ⬆️⬇️ to set your desired level.Press "M" for three times and the Current Anti-Collision Sensitivity (501 by default) is displayed. Press "UP"/"Down" ⬆️⬇️ to set your desired level.Press "M" for four times and the Current Desktop Thickness (20.0 by default) is displayed. Press "UP"/"Down" ⬆️⬇️ to set your desired height.Press "M" for five times and the Current Screen Lock Setting (R-1 by default) is displayed. Press "UP"/"Down" ⬆️⬇️ to set your desired locking function.
Step 2: ProgrammingPress "M" and "T" buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds until the unit emits one beep and the display flashes the Current Minimal Height Limit ("52.0" by default). The custom mode will be active while the Current Minimal Height Limit is flashing for approximately 8 seconds but when there are no activations made within the mentioned time, the custom mode will go exit.
Step 3: SavingPress "1" [Save Button] to save. "L-S" ✔️ - successful "L-F" ❌ - failingPress "1" [Save Button] to save. "H-S" ✔️ - successful "H-F" ❌ - failingPress "1" [Save Button] to save. "S-S" ✔️ - successful "S-F" ❌ - failingPress "1" [Save Button] to save. "S-S" ✔️ - successful "S-F" ❌ - failingPress "1" [Save Button] to save. "T-S" ✔️ - successful "T-F" ❌ - failingPress "1" [Save Button] to save. "A-S" ✔️ - successful "A-F" ❌ - failing

Note: To abort a custom process, press the "T" button or wait approximately 8 seconds until the display automatically returns to show the height of the desk. The max./min. height limit displayed in the custom mode doesn't include the thickness of desktop.

Note: If you keep pressing "M" for six times and the Fatigue Test Menu ("r-o") will be displayed. For the product safety, please do not change any setting of this process.
