Low translation accuracy?

This can be due to environmental noise affecting recording quality. Use in a quiet environment. Ensure you are close enough to the device for clear recording.

Display network exceptions?

Check if your data plan has expired. If using WIFI/mobile hotspot, ensure the connection is stable. Network conditions may be poor in areas like airports or suburbs; try areas with better signal coverage. If arriving in a new region, the device may take 5-10 minutes to search for a local network; be patient or restart the network. Ensure your region is supported by the device.

Is there a stuck or crashed situation?

Incorrect operation can cause crashes. Press and hold the power button for over 20 seconds to force a restart.

Does the translation machine consume too much power?

Poor network environments can lead to increased power consumption due to frequent network searches. Use in areas with good signal coverage or a stable WIFI connection.
