The Tristar WR-7506 is a beverage cooler with the energy class: F. It has a temperature range of 5 - 18°C.
Intended use
This appliance is intended for indoor use only. This appliance is intended exclusively for domestic, non-commercial use. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as farm houses, by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments, and bed and breakfast type environments. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Any use of the appliance other than described in this user manual is regarded as misuse and may cause injury or damage to the appliance and void the warranty.

6 WARNING
- Safety hazard due to unintended use: Only use the appliance as described in this user manual. By ignoring the safety instructions, the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage. Never use the appliance if there are visible signs of damage or defects. Always replace a damaged or defective appliance immediately. Never make any adjustments to the appliance. Adjustments may affect safety, warranty and proper operation. Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.
- Electric shock hazard due to short-circuiting: Never use the appliance if there are visible signs of damage or defects to the appliance or power cable. Always replace a damaged or defective appliance or power cable immediately or contact customer service. Do not use electrical appliances inside the drink storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer. Always avoid spillage on the power cable. To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in water or any other liquid. Never open the appliance. The appliance may only be opened for maintenance by an authorised technician. Never replace the power cable yourself. Always let the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person replace the power cable. Never lift the appliance by the power cable. Lifting the appliance by the power cable may damage the power cable. Only lift the appliance by holding the base. Always unplug the power cable when the appliance is not in use or unattended, and before cleaning. Always check if the voltage stated on the type plate of your appliance matches your mains voltage before use. Never insert any objects into the air vent openings. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled.
- Fire hazard due to short-circuiting: Never drop the appliance and avoid bumping. Excessive vibrations can lead to loosened connections and can influence proper functioning of the appliance. Stop using the appliance if the appliance has been dropped. Never use the appliance with an extension cable. Never connect any other appliance with high power consumption to the same group.
- Choking hazard due to plastic packaging: Never let children play with the packaging material. Always keep the packaging material out of the reach of children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Snagging hazard due to moving parts: Always switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power source before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Safety hazard due to contamination: To avoid contamination of drink, please respect the following instructions: Opening the door for long periods can cause a significant increase of the temperature in the compartments of the appliance. Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with drink and accessible drainage systems. Clean water tanks if they have not been used for 48 h, flush the water system connected to a water supply if water has not been drawn for 5 days. If the refrigerating appliance is left empty for long periods, switch off, defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door open to prevent mould developing within the appliance.
6 CAUTION
- Burning hazard due to heat: Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner or heated oven. This appliance contains flammable foaming agent cyclopentane. Please avoid contact fire when you transport and use it. Please ask professional for servicing when the machine broke down. Please send it to your local appointed disposal station when you discard it.
- Tripping hazard due to loose cables: Never leave the power cable hanging out in a way that someone might trip over it or accidentally pull it.
NOTICE
- Risk of damaging the appliance: The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface. Never use aggressive chemical cleaning agents that can damage the appliance when cleaning the appliance. Only use the appliance with the provided accessories or accessories recommended by Tristar. Never place the appliance near the edge of a countertop during use. Vibrations may occur during use which may cause the appliance to move. Always place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat, and moisture resistant surface.
Before First Use
- Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
- Allow all parts to dry completely or dry them with a towel.
Placing your device
- Position the device so that the plug is accessible.
- Keep your refrigerator out of direct sunlight.
- Do not place next to heat generating appliance.
- Do not place directly on the ground. Provide suitable stand.
Performance
- It is recommended you install the device in a place where the ambient temperature is between 20-25°C.
- After plugging in the appliance, allow the unit to cool down for 2-3 hours before placing beverage into the refrigerator compartment.
- Ventilation is very important for this type of thermoelectric refrigerator; the inside PCB will be broken easily if the ventilation is bad; It will also reduce the life of the refrigerator.
- The device applies automatic defrosting system, so there is no need to defrost it manually.
- If leakage occurs (which can be easily detected due to the unpleasant smell), please: 1. Switch off the device immediately 2. Ventilate the room thoroughly 3. Call for the after sales service department.
- This refrigerating appliance is not intended to be used as a built in appliance.
- The recommended temperature control for this product is 14 degrees.
Power supply
- The refrigerator must be connected to a properly earthed socket in line with relevant valid country regulations before operating.
- Check the Energy label (which is on the side of the refrigerator) for voltage and frequency corresponds to your local one; If not, don't plug your cable into the socket.
Ventilation
When placing this device, ventilation should be considered seriously. Please refer to the following:
- There should be left at least 200 cm³ for ventilation.
- The distance between wall and cooler side should be at least 20mm.
- The back should be left at least 50mm for air flowing.
- Air passing through must not be preheated.
- Entire cooling system should be considered in the ventilation.
Function description
- The device is intended to be used exclusively for the pantry.
- This appliance is not suitable for frozen food items.
- The recommended temperature for the pantry is 17°C.
- The shelves A2 placed in factory mode is the most efficient use of energy for the refrigerating appliances.
- When the surrounding temperature is 25°C and the pantry has no load, it will take around 1 hour to decrease the pantry’s temperature from 25°C to 17°C.
- The energy consumption is 0.232 kWh/24h. If the setting temperature is higher than 17°C, the energy consumption will be lower. If the setting temperature is lower than 17°C, the energy consumption will be higher.
- It is recommended you install the Chiller in a place where the ambient temperature is between 16°-32°C. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected.
USE
Control panel
- You can turn the interior light ON or OFF by pushing the Be button once. The light will be turned off automatically if it remains ON for 10 minutes. Push the button again to turn the light back on.
- You can select temperature display setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit by pushing the button Be for 2 seconds.
- Your Cooler has been equipped with an "automatic" control panel lock, that will activate 20 seconds after the last time a button has been touched. Push the Bw button for 2 seconds to unlock the control panel. You will hear a "BEEP" sound to alert you that the control is now active.
- You can set the temperature as you desire by pushing the temperature + Bt or temperature - By button on the control panel. The temperature that you desire to set will increase or decrease by 1°C if you push the button once.
NOTICE
When you use the cooler for the first time, or restart the cooler after having been shut off for a long time, there could be a few degrees variance between the temperature you select and the one indicated on the LED display. This is normal and it is due to the length of the activation time. Once the cooler is running for a few hours everything will be back to normal.
Storage capacity
Many bottles may differ in size and dimensions. As such the actual number of bottles you may be able to store may vary. Bottle capacities are approximate maximums when storing traditional Bordeaux 750ml bottles and include bulk storage.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool down.
- Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
- Rinse all other used parts with dish soap and warm water or in the dishwasher. In the case of stubborn dirt, we recommend soaking the accessories in warm water and washing-up liquid beforehand.
- Allow all parts to dry completely or dry them with a towel.
