Common Problems and Solutions
Q: The camera can not turn on.
A: First, check the battery status and charge it before using the camera. Try connecting a DC 5V/2A external power supply, as the camera is designed to work on external power.
Q: The camera crashes during using.
A: Occasional crashes may be due to the working environment or usage practices. Frequent crashes might indicate an issue with the memory card speed. The V30 records UHD video, requiring a high-speed memory card. Ensure you are using one.
Q: The camera is warming during normal use.
A: The V30 processes high-volume data during recording, causing the main chipset to generate heat. As the camera is relatively sealed, some warmth during use is normal. Temperatures of 10-20°C above room temperature are expected.
Q: Video playback is not smooth, video is blurred / Red and blue stripes.
A: Ensure you are using a high-quality, high-speed memory card. A capacity over 8GB is recommended. Format the memory card on the camera before use.
