Common Problems and Solutions
Q: The camera can not turn on.
A: First, check the battery status and charge the battery before using the camera. Try connecting a DC 5V/2A external power supply; the camera is designed to work on external power.
Q: The camera crashes during using.
A: If crashes occur occasionally, it may be due to the working environment or usage practices. If crashes happen frequently, check the memory card speed. The X15 camera records UHD video and requires a high-speed memory card (C10 or above).
Q: The camera is warming during normal use.
A: The X15 camera processes high-volume data during recording. The main chipset generates heat, and the sealed design can lead to a noticeable amount of heat during use. A temperature of 10-20°C above room temperature is expected.
Q: Video playback is not smooth, video is blurred / Red and blue stripes.
A: Ensure you are using a high-quality Class 10 or above memory card. The recommended capacity is over 8 GB. Format the memory card on the camera before use.
