Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
The robot will not turn on. | Battery is low; recharge on the base station. Battery temperature is too low or too high; operate between 0°C and 40°C. |
The robot will not charge. | Ensure the base station is connected to power. Clean charging contacts on the robot and base station. |
The robot fails to connect to Wi-Fi. | Verify Wi-Fi password. Ensure connection is to a 2.4 GHz network. Check Wi-Fi signal strength. Restart the app and try again. |
The robot cannot find and return to the base station. | Ensure the base station is powered and not moved. Clear obstructions around the base station. Ensure the return path is clear. Move the base station if necessary. |
The robot gets stuck in front of the base station and cannot return to it. | Wipe the signaling area on the base station. Clear obstructions within 0.5m sides and 1.5m front. Ensure the return route is not blocked (e.g., closed door). |
The robot will not turn off. | Move the robot from the base station and hold the power button for 3 seconds. If it persists, hold the power button for 10 seconds for a forced shutdown. Contact support if the issue continues. |
The charging speed is slow. | It takes approximately 6 hours for a full charge. Charging speed slows down outside the optimal temperature range. Clean charging contacts. |
The noise increases while the robot is operating. | Clean charging contacts. Check for clogged dust box filter. Remove any hard objects caught in the main brush or dust box. Untangle the main or side brush. Switch to Standard or Quiet suction mode. |
The robot moves without following the set route. | Organize power cords and slippers. Avoid operating on wet, slippery surfaces; dry any wet areas. |
The robot misses rooms to be cleaned. | Ensure room doors are open. Check for thresholds higher than 2 cm. Dry wet or slippery floors. |
The robot will not resume cleaning after charging. | Ensure DND mode is not active. The robot may not resume if manually placed on the base station or sent to charge via the app. |
The base station cannot automatically empty the dust box. | Check if the dust bag is full. Clear obstructions at the auto-empty vents on the robot, base station, or dust box. |
No water comes out of the water tank, or only a little bit comes out. | Check if the water tank has water. Clean the air hole on the water tank stopper. Clean or correctly install the mop pad. |
Robot returns to the base station without performing auto-empty tasks. | DND mode may prevent auto-empty tasks. |
